The barrage of posts continues! How about this? The week after the final Big League Tour event (week 15's Tourney), there will be 2 Tournament of Champions events. One for the Cam jump, and of course for the Reg jump. All of the past winners for the respective tourneys will be invited, and the winners will receive a nice little trophy. How cute. So make plans kids! :P The date has not yet been set in stone, but Sophie has hinted that it will, like I said, most likely be the Sunday directly after Week 15's Big League Tour event. Great idea, wonder who thought of it *whistles* :D

2-6 BritPool has a chance to really get into the Playoff hunt when they host UnitedPool Monday night? Is this the match I refer to in the title? Absolutely. With a win, they would pull to within 1 game of 4th place, and have a Head to Head advantage over UnitedPool, a team that has really been contending for a playoff spot all of this 1st half-season. LPL has to play the Outlaws next week. It is rather likely LPL will stay at the 4 wins they have, and ElitePool hosts MadSkillz, who lately have been a bit of a wildcard. They can either be good or off-key, you don't quite know what to expect these past few weeks. Suppose ElitePool loses, UnitedPool loses (BritPool wins), LPL loses...Now EP and BP are tied just 1 game out of 4th place. Now suppose 8BR beats SS, they also have 4...BritPool has Head to Head advantage on them if BP manages to catch them. BP, 8BR, EP, LPL, UP, those are 5 reasons why week 9 is going to be a very exciting week in MLP. All of them are certainly capable of getting in, in the Atlantic Division...THANK YOU GUYS FOR CHOOSING THIS PLAYOFF FORMAT! =) Fun! :D

There's a problem I have in pool...What's new? This one, involves cheating and those who bring up the issue. Now I have to pose the questions...What exactly is cheating? Is it using an aimer? Is it boosting? Is it using a ruler? In pool...Some may say yes. Yes is the answer...In interleagues, as they outlaw these (with the exception of rulers/straight-edges, some may be interested to know.)

But then, there's a much broader version of cheating. These include of course...Gamesharks/Cheat Codes, Strategy Guides, Codebreaker, Passwords you didn't earn to start on a certain level, but what else? What about playground basketball? Committing a foul and getting away with it, travelling, double-dribbling, calling a ball out on the other kid when you know it was clearly off you, and there are other ways in life to "cheat." So then there are those who accuse others of using an aimer, the most common accusation obviously.

Every single person who has ever accused someone of using an aimer, has lied. They've been dishonest, and they've "cheated" in a sense, someone's trust. Whether it's online, or offline, everyone has lied and cheated the trust of another. Should we start accusing you for it right out in public?

Then there are those who accuse habitually. Scott (QZ, banned for season) is a prime example. The number of accusations I personally have seen dished out by anyone, in my entire career in pool (stretching about 4-5 years), far outnumbers the number of players who have ever played at least 1 game in MLP, in interleagues alone, and I do not exaggerate. Do that many people seriously use aimers? Do you honestly believe, that 50+% (estimate of those accused) of successful players in MLP, or NPA, PLC, ILT, PIT, the list goes on, use an aimer?

If so...Compare the idea of using an aimer to the cheating/lying you've all done in your life, I leave one burning question...is it really as bad as you make it out to be? I think the answers to this will be amusing.

Wow, can you believe it's Friday already? I still remember last week's post! =\ Maybe it's because I didn't post a lot this week...Ah who cares? In the words of God: "It's showtime baby, here we go! Wam, jam, slam, bam, it's awesome baby!" ;)

HappyPool - For getting into a 3-way tie with XPool and CueKeepers, who had a nice comeback win over StraightShots last night, they're also unbeaten at home, and for a league like HappyPool which nobody talks about, to come in and pimpslap a league like 8BR who was reall getting hot...Yeah, stock up like the bolding says.

Pool Legends - For winning a very close match for their first ever MLP 7v7 action over Beerballers. And a side-note, mention to Luckydog for sitting out the HS match after they had no chance to win, and letting some regulars get in on it. Captains take note.

HP_x_ucantcme_x - For being the player who ended PM_damn_balls_r_killn_me's record 16-game win streak this past Sunday. Speaking of which...

PM_damn_balls_r_killn_me - For having that record. Takes a lot of focus to win 16 straight, he got victimized by the Cubby Curse, but oh well, it's still an amazing feat.

QZ_c_o_w_b_o_y_y - For winning a very tense game 7 to edge QZ over ElitePool 4-3, it was his 43rd MLP win, which ties him with PH_Rocky_Ireland for 25th in the Hall of Fame.

PO_revolutionizingthegame - CURSE TIME! Congrats on winning the Reg Tour, but a big milestone may be in the works for him as well. That put him on a streak of +9, and leaves him 1 game out of a tie for 23rd-25th all-time in the Hall of Fame, a 12th consecutive win would match his personal high, before he withdrew, which was +12. You've been cursed =D Finally...

PFN_rebel_complex (ll_optikal_ll) - His Cam Tour victory, coupled with his win over PrincessNeo from BritPool to clinch a PFN win, gives him an 1840 rating, which is tops in MLP 8 points over Austin. It's also good for 14th all-time, 1 point behind QZ Captain c_o_w_b_o_y_y.

STOCK DOWN:

Long list: Former 8BR miz, XPooler the_8ball_pimp, LPLer Moe, PLP's Reaper199, former QZ Scott (borderies, c0rrupter), QZ's Josh (Dude_Dude_Dude_Dude) and 8BR's runningwildhorse - For all getting boxed, all but Reaper was boxed for an accusation. Moe apparently got off for his being a joke, but he still got boxed. Miz got booted from the 8BR team for his dumbass moment, runningwildhorse also in the same match accused another HP, saying "get cam"...I say "get bent", 8ball_shrimp got boxed for calling MJ a ruler user, and Scott...Well he's just an overall pussy. Accusing Mr_tintin, as did Josh on YM. Scott reported then withdrew, and has been banned for the season (basically just won't be given an invite back) poor kid...Josh however did get the box, shows who has more balls between the two...Brains another story. If cadillac_pimpin got boxed for saying "camtasia.com" when Josh hit a long shot, he'd make the list too. Oh...he just did.

UP_badking_got_carjacked - ...-14, need I say more? I mean...I remember in my previous life when he picked up his last win. =\ We had just come over with the other Pilgrims.

SP_l_jivemaster_l - Lost yet another 7v7, his only win this entire season coming in a Tour.

WildAngels - Well...bad enough they've lost 5 straight, but they got swept, 7 whole games, 50 minutes and change. ...Yikes.

PoolPimps - Showing up unprepared...Again.
