Saw Ross's tape, he beat Lee when Lee missed the 8 to finish a run, then in game 3... with the score 2-0 PL, whizz.whizz DQ'ed for not having 5 tourney games in the past week, so it's 3-0 PL. Another DQ... 4-0 Legends. Pita would win, pool.n0ob would win, and then PLD ran out of players, so there's your first sweep this season... Seven-Oh. liverpudlian needs to get his act together, and fast. Sophie has made no secret that she would have no problem letting a league like Breakers Alley back in to replace them, if he isn't happy with this interleague. Reading the rules for a change would be a good start, too. PLD at the moment are 1-2, while Legends improve to 3-0, with 3 impressive wins.

Next up... 8Ball Runners hosting the Hot Shotz, and any doubt in this one was quickly erased.

We pick this one up in Game 3... 8BR up 2-0 and this week's Tour Champ mwxzk taking on HS's vicki.vicki. M-Dub was just able to sneak the cue by the 1 on the way to finishing an 8-in-a-row run, it's 3-0. 8BR.

Neo looking to clinch it against darkinferno... Darko would scratch, Neo would run, match over. 4-0. Lager would beat Todd, tannersmydog beat Andy, and then HS would forfeit Game 7, not that it mattered anyways... 5-2 8BR wins. 8Ball Runners are, like PL... 3-0, while Hot Shotz move the other direction. This season I highly doubt any sub-500 teams will make the Playoffs, and starting 0-3 isn't the way to make it in the NL. They need to turn it around - FAST, or they'll just be playing for the sake of playing by week 8 or 9.

MONDAY

Pool Legends @ Pool Dreamers - Speaking of sick... Dreamers have to play 2 tough matches, without their head admin (and maybe top gun) liverpudlian after he got boxed for an accusation... Oh, by the way, their Captain mister_grimmm went to BritPool. Pool Legends are much more stable, Pool Dreamers are going down hard in this one, I like them to sweep 7-0, first one this season.

Hot Shotz @ 8Ball Runners - Looks to be a "chalk" Monday, like the 1st round of the NCAA tourney pretty much... 8Ball Runners are vastly better, more firepower, they've played very well thus far... 5-2 8BR rolls over Hot Shotz.

TUESDAY

BritPool @ Poolfiction - Well, BP HAS added mister_grimmm and they still have the usual suspects in Romper, heavymetal, etc... But PFN is coming off a MAJOR win over Pool Pimps last week, and I think the #2 league in MLP will play like it. BritPool will put up a fight, but I think it'll be a close 5-2 for PFN.

Pool Pimps @ Pool Masters - Well they continue to get players eligible (and recruit), and I'm talking about Pool Pimps. Pool Masters have a few pretty good players, but they won't match up well at all with the skill of PLP, and the Pimps will win either 5-2 or 6-1.

WEDNESDAY

Malditos @ Cue Keepers - From below: A pair of 1-1 teams, fairly evenly matches, CKP has a lot of "aces in the hole" that they can use, players that don't ALWAYS win, but enough players who win fairly consistently. Malditos, well they have an all-star cast themselves. You know Miz will play late, you know they'll progressively use better players as the match goes on, I would look for Pommy and CKP to be really aggressive and try to win this in 5 or 6 games, try to do it BEFORE Miz plays. I'm taking Malditos in this anyways, probably a 5-2 win because of CKP's aggressiveness backfiring, but I think this'll be a very good match to watch.

Pool Pals @ Break And Run - Pool pals are the better league here, they've got the return of Super_RAH, Bam is a very good player, this is a league that you'll see in the Playoffs, but they might struggle a little bit here. I think Pals squeak out a 4-3 win, maybe 5-2 but win #4 would come in game 6, no sooner.

THURSDAY

Lucky Shots @ United Nations of Yahoo - Lucky Shots have a couple good players, UNY has a few, this will be a relatively close match I think. However, UNY is due to have a big week, they came very close to stealing one against Pool Loverz last week, one of these leagues will pick up their first win, and I think it'll be UNY 4-3.

Pool Loverz @ Cheap Shotz - Again, from below: I said before you would not believe who I took for an upset. Well, let's see if you saw it coming: Pool Loverz win 4-3 over Cheap Shotz. CZ has not been a very impressive league this season, and nothing compared to last season. Pool Loverz like I said aren't amazing, but they're pretty good, and more than capable of upsetting a few leagues this season. I think goodwooter will cap off a 4-3 W in Game 7, just like he did against UNY, and PZ takes out CZ.
