Week 1 Pre-Dick-Shins
MONDAY
6:00 - Pool Legends @ Malditos - Two very good teams going at it to kick off the MLP season. The MLD players I've played have been good but not great lately, and I haven't seen much of the PL gang. Either way, it's underhanded tactics vs. underhanded tactics, so whoever is smarter I guess wins. I say PL 4-3.
8:00 - Pool Dreamers @ Cheap Shotz - Cheap Shotz, despite cardiff going off like a douchebag about not getting into a silly tourney because he was late and getting boxed, is still the favorite in this match because kc is practically useless to them anyways. SO, expect Chris and company to take this one 5-2 and give the newcomers an unpleasant welcome.
TUESDAY
7:00 - Hot Shotz @ Pool Pals - Well they were in once, quit, and PL replaced them and made a serious Championship run if I remember right... Meanwhile, Hot Shotz weren't too hot last season. So this is a battle between two pretty evenly matched leagues, one would think. I'll give Pool Pals the benefit of the doubt though. 4-3 Pals.
8:00 - Lucky Shots @ Pool Loverz - Whoever wins, we all lose lol. PZ picked it up at the end of the season, and Lucky Shots never really got off the ground. I would expect Pool Loverz to come into this season strong, because they have more potential to do so. PZ, backed by Lenny, wins this 5-2.
WEDNESDAY
7:00 - BritPool @ Pool Pimps - Pimps have like... 8 trillion members but quality over quantity usually prevails. BritPool will win this one 5-2 or 6-1 I think, based on their experience and talent.
8:00 - 8Ball Runners @ Pool Masters - PM have been suspect as of late. Not nearly as active a league as they once were, things have changed A LOT in AG... 8BR still seems to be growing strong, they get better every week (aka Andy asks if anyone wants to play), but they never live up to their billing... They'll still win 5-2, but MAYBE a sloppy 4-3.
THURSDAY
6:00 - United Nations of Yahoo @ Cue Keepers - CKP, landslide, vastly better, 6-1, etc.
7:00 - PoolFiction @ Break And Run - ...PFN really choked away some games against extremely mediocre opponents last season. Not gonna happen here. PFN starts out strong, 5-2 Dubya.
As always, I'll update whenever I feel like it, ending with a Player and Asshole of the week ^__^
