Season Finale
Atlantic - United Pool @ MadSkillz. MZ's biggest problem: No-shows. bigpistons, Choppy_boy, MexicanJesse, Mr_Grim, badgurlneedstobespanked, m4trix, king_hustler2004. That is your MadSkillz team tonight...haha they're toast right? I forgot to tell you UnitedPool is only 39/59. bigpistons and Big Choppy (sounds like Papi don't it? Go Sox.) pickin up early wins it's 2-0 MZ. Bud_weiser_man did what he could to stop the bleeding as he picked up a win, but UnitedPool: Over...matched...By a less than 50% MadSkillz team. mr_Grim gets the win over UP's Captain, badgurlneedstobespanked can't close it out as spaztik keeps Uniteds alive. Game 6, dannyboy against m4trix, formerly known as...sniper_aims. Danny misses one top left late in the game leaving a bank for m4trix, off the right rail to bottom left. Shot...bank...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand.....UnitedPool just got sniped out of the Playoffs. MadSkillz win in dramatic fashion, badking and king_hustler squared off game 7, BK won it like it mattered for anything more than pride, MadSkillz in, UnitedPool out, MZ would be in a 3-way tie with DreamPool and HappyPool for seeding...IF DreamPool survived. That would mean a Quez win.
Central - Nothing on SP-WA. Thank jive. Nothing on QZ-XP either, thank Josh.
Mountain - A drama-less night up here because...Nobody played. But...
Pacific - All eyes here. PF-TP, if TourneyPool wins, Regul8ors win the Division. If PF wins, Regs need to win to win the Division. If PF wins the Division, they're #1. If Regs win it, PH is #1. It's all TP and I don't mean toilet paper. But Jeff! The drunky! He wins! Like a diamond in the rough for PF he could get the call for a Playoff match if needed, one of the more under-rated players in MLP because of his lack of playing time, but he does produce wins. But TourneyPool rallies, Netty, Ryan, and thirstierhawk all pitch in to give TP a 3-1 lead. But not so fast. Stand-in Captain Ody_sseus (houy_hnhnm_m) gets a win over Missy_888. However, speaking of captains...SecretAgent299 was an All-Star, he showed it. His All-Star teammate Netty won, so does the Agent. TP puts away PF as he beats countrygirl, they go on to win 5-2. Regul8ors are the Division Champs, Pool Hustlers get the #1 seed. But the Regs and PL still had a match to play for the hell of it. And play they did. Match looked like a classic see-saw battle early, as Generaly_Cool led off with a win, and chaasers (l3ams a legend) won. But straight wins from james15 and Zero Burn put the Regs on top 3-1 and they never relinquished the lead. Ice1001 prolonged the match by beating Der_Rick, but Pita and Trace won games 6 and 7 and the Regs take the cake 5-2. Here are...Your Playoffs set to start Monday.

Now, immediately some notice QZ-MZ. Without Josh, Quez will be vulnerable. Well...Maybe not, when you consider MadSkillz have not been good at all when it comes to actually getting their big guns in to play. But remember what happened when they met: Kevin accused MZ of being aimers, wondering how well they'd do in Playoffs. Kevin has to play this match like the World Series or he is a joke of a Captain. That's how badly the words will be tied to him. PF have been a total mess these final few weeks. They too have struggled to actually get a team to show. Which is probably a good thing because I hope the players are showing up more for league games. Let me make my vulnerable to upset list: Uh...PH, PF, REG, AF. Any of the 3 higher seeds could find themselves watching the rest of the Playoffs. As for the AL? QZ. They're the only ones I think actually vulnerable to upset. I think PFN has all they need to whoop DreamPool, again. The Outlaws will probably make quick work of BritPool. LPL will win handily over HappyPool if LPL gets their team straightened out which they will. And I'm sick of leagues saying "well the match went this way because we didn't have this person." If I see that excuse in the Playoffs, you're ignored for the whole of Season 6 and 7. -_- Saw somethin like that tonight during Regs-PL.
Playoff Moment: 3rd time is a charm. As The Red Sox finally did a few months prior, PoolFiction wins the PO-PFN rematch in the World Series, being the first ever AL team to win it, and the first since Season 1 to win in straight matches. So, PFn the only team to get to the WS 3 times in a row, they'll look to make it 4 and the road starts next week. The Outlaws will be there starting a hopeful World Series run of their own, as PFN and PO both look to become the first 2-time winners of the World Series. But when whoever gets there, they'll need to face the NL team who, well hell who knows who will make it? The NL is gonna be like the NCAA Tourney. Anyways, have fun kids :)
