Wednesday Night
Atlantic - MadSkillz, we're looking for a win to lock up a playoff spot against HappyPool. So we can expect their all-star alex to...nope wait, no-show. OK let's get uh...Pete come on down! ...OK he's not here. Chris you're here right? Wow...team consisted of Choppy_boy, sniper_aims, gaz, alvie, nice_bad_boy, sassycasi, and king_hustler...that's not a week 14 big-match team. Needless to say, they lost 4-3, it was over in 6. MadSkillz now 7-7, they finished with 8 wins last season and got in, they'll need it against UnitedPool in week 15. Not locks for the Playoffs YET. Though if the season ended right now they'd be #7. Even bigger match...Outlaws visiting PoolFiction. Now here's what a PO win would do. It would clinch the AL Conference for the Outlaws, giving them the #1 seed. It would eliminate PoolFiction from the Central Division race, giving Quez the Division and since QZ can't beat the Outlaws (PO owns head to head), well QueBallz will be your #2 seed. But it gets better...PoolFiction is 10-4 and since they beat LPL, the only league who could tie them, well PoolFiction is your #3 seed. But speaking of LPL... See LPL is 9-5, uh they absolutely demoralized DreamPool so even if DP goes 9-6 and LPL loses to go 9-6, well LPL gets the #4 seed. So now the bottom half of the seeds are up for grabs, if the Outlaws win. Well, Full_Blast and MJ made sure they made their contributions beating Mark and Bizzy respectively. Jammy in game 3 against Austin, Jammy early 8. We'll do the whole re-rack business though and all is well in Ireland. Jammy wins it's 2-1. Joe in to try and tie it against Roob_van_nistelrooy...Roob got Glazered. 2-2 as Joe ties it up. game 5, it's the w3t version of PO Chris, and it's...well it's just some aimer who I think MLP should ban named wolf_cubby. Just dried up Chris. It's 3-2 PFN, first lead of the match, only lead. The soccer version of PO Chris, aka_chris_soccer against Killahsoul, and Mike got a lot of balls left on the table. 3-3, Mick vs....Jamie. Dan not around. Mick narrowly misses a 3ball combo attempt, ball hangs bottom right. Jamie, later in his run, hahaaaaaaa you gotta bank nana nana...oh crap. Off the bottom rail, top right, oh the force is with you. After a beautiful position shot to get to the 8, Jamie and the Outlaws down PFN 4-3, and ensure that the only time they'll meet again this season can be the AL Championship, as PO gets the #1 seed, PFN the #3, etc. as I explained. Outlaws 13-1, winners of that same number of wins in a row, 71/26. That, is consistency. Congratulations Pool Outlaws, your American League Season Champs.
Central - So, results out of the way in their usual messy fashion, HappyPool is 7-7. They lost to XPool so they're still not 4th place. XPool however must win, because if HappyPool wins over DreamPool, and XPool loses, it's byebye XPool. However, if XPool wins they are guaranteed a spot because...there would be a 3-way tie for 4th at 8-6 if HP wins, and it's that 1-1 against each other stuff. So since XPool has 50 wins, HP and DP would both need 51 to knock them out. Easy right? Well, being that they both have 46...only 1 could do it. If DreamPool does it, well they're 9-6 and it doesn't matter what XPool does. Unless...XPool gets swept, CueKeepers beat PFN, and SuperbPool pulls off back to back sweeps, that'd make a 4-way tie at 7-8, then ONLY games record counts, and SP would have 51 wins to XPool's 50...Wouldn't that suck for XP? Tiger_Arse really shoulda changed that name before the game...PoolFiction is 10-5, QueBallz are your Central Division Season Champions, they get the #2 seed and will play the #7 team in the AL. PoolFiction gets the #3 seed, they play #6 with the winner to face Queballz vs. #7, so what do you do for Week 15? Already in, CueKeepers need a win, ah, knowin Mick he'll have us take out our anger from the PO loss on the Keepers. Sorry Brandi ;)
Mountain - Pool Hustlers do-mi-na-ted the Bearskins. They win 6-1, the only PH loss coming from _SweetObilivion_. With this win, PH is now 11-3, tied with Absolute Finest for #1 in the Mountain, a win Week 15 over Pool Pimps would lock up the NL Mountain for the Hustlers, it would be their first ever Division title, and head to head would HELP them. Season 3, Smoking Cues and Pool hustlers 10-3, 55 wins, SC beat the Hustlers, and head to head hurts PH. Season 5, opposite. By the way it's PH's 10th straight...Big big streaks. LuckyPool, just about the same to CHP. Must-win for both, LKP wanted it much more, 6-1, only loss was Colonel_KC. So LuckyPool is 8-6, a half-game behind HotShotz who will play Thursday with Bearskins, and if HotShotz beat Bearskins, LuckyPool...you guys are out, again. But there's hope.
Pacific - In case anyone's wonderring, I had a phonecall just before doing the NL parts (around 2:30, long-distance friend, don't ask -_-) and now I'm really tired, so this'll be rather quick. Bearskins are eliminated from Playoff contention. David_26ok is their new All-Star being that pudsybear had it taken away after an aimer accusation, and I almost took another 5 minutes to go laugh there too. 3-10 on the season, but...they do have a dominating win over BNR on their resume. Now they play bracket buster against HotShotz on Thursday. ChampionsPool however not eliminated, tied at 5-9 and a game and a half back with BBM, from Pool Legends, they're still in a situation where PL loses out, CHP wins over Break and Run, BBM loses to...Bearskins, CHP in, PL out. Well Legends have PoolMasters Thursday and Regs. Good for CHP right? Well, PM's shaking. They've apparently lost blue83 due to issues with a PM Admin, will it hurt 'em that much? *looks at the lineup* Dynamite...Ehkohz......matt...Jim...uh...mrsr...Nah, PM won't miss him that badly. PL still gonna have a match on their hands.

Playoff Moment: Staying with Season 2...Just because Kenny likes to talk trash on my beloved Red Sox, Season 2, Round 2, SCPG @ PoolFiction, Kenny the ump, DQ's jammy_hure for sitting between games, and boots him, PoolFiction STILL wins 4-3. They would eventually go on to the World Series and lose.
Thursday is gonna be one bonkers shootout night of MLP, hey who thinks this is a bad year to be a closer in MLB? Actually, who thinks it's a bad time to be an NBA player... lmao. Money-hungry freaks =)
Wednesday Night Predictions
7pm - Madskillz @ HappyPool (Don't Need to Know) - Score: 5-2 MZ
HP Lookout: Chuck_Money & CJwNY
MZ Lookout: King_Hustler2004 & Mr_Camtasia
Why?: Well, let's take a few things into consideration here. Madskillz did have a very quick start to the season, I even recall cubby saying something about them being his early-season favorites. Currently sitting at 7-6 their not really contenders, in my eyes, to win it this season although as we know anything can happen in this game. After a loss to DP last week MZ will be looking to get back on their horse, and they should playin an HP team that is fighting for their playoff lives.
Umpire: pfn_iamcoolcatkim
7pm - PoolHustlers @ BearskinEightBallers (Skateaway) - Score: 6-1 PH
BE Lookout: ...............................
PH Lookout: aka_pomking & scpoolplaya
Why?: Well PH has been given a scare the past 2 weeks by sub-500 teams but I don't believe thats going to be the case tonight. A Loss here and BE would move alone into 2nd last in the NL all by their lonesome. A PH win and they would move back into first in the NL beating AF because of their win over them earlier in the season. This should be a cakewalk.

8pm - LuckyPool @ ChampionsPool (Reckless Life) - Score: 4-3 LKP
CHP Lookout: lvlr_Computer & lethaled
LKP Lookout: _Solid_Snake & XXGOOBERXX
Why?: Well, to tell you the truth this match could go either way. Both teams sit a game or less back of 4th in their division and both are going to want it as much as the other. What's gunna decide this match is most-likely depth and I feel LKP has more of it.
Umpire: Wa_Starsign9
8pm - Pool OutLaws @ Pool Fiction (Bad Times) : Score: 4-3 PFN
PFN Lookout: KillahSoul & Revenge_of_Mr
PO Lookout: revolutionizingthegame & _Poth
Why?: Flipped a coin and PFN won it ... lol JK. Now Mickey doesn't like to lose in his house and he rarely does. This is just a powerhouse match really, and I believe its a captains duel. No offense to Austin of course, but if it does become a captains match like I think it will, I'd choose Mick anyday of the week and twice on Sunday. On the PO side u got players like Rob, Full_Blast, Andy and MJ. While on the Poolfiction side they got Marco, Jeremy, Jammy and Hill (Aside from the 4 people mentioned in the Lookout). So chances are this game comes down to game 7: Dan vs Mick. Poolfiction doesn't feel like going anywhere but 3rd in the AL and PO would love to clinch it tonight ... but i don't think they will. PFN 4-3 PO.

Tuesday Night
Central - So with CKP's forfeit win, they're 6-8, 1 game behind XPool...The 4-way tie possibility is still there. Wouldn't it be some kind of finish?
Mountain - BlackSilver visiting the BeerBallers, Kim umping her first of 2 matches this week, reason she's doing so many because apparently some people are curious and unhappy, she's having surgery in a week, so best wishes in advance to her and of course hopefully all goes well, and hopefully now the few people who aren't as happy, they'll shut up or they can go have surgery themself. BlackSilver completely out of the Playoffs but it didn't stop them from most likely dragging down the Beer Ballers with them. It was over in 6 as BS survived an early 8 from spartak, BlackSilver without Victor: 1-0, 4/3. Interesting stat to watch much like MZ's record without king_hustler which is like...0-5, 0/35 ain't it? OK not that bad but it's interesting the effect 1 person could possibly have on a team. BlackSilver, assuming they return, I think need to focus on making an example of Breakers Alley, get a big win, and hopefully come back strong to start off Season 6. By the way BlackSilver is 4-10. As for HotShotz they get into a battle with Break and Run but come out on top 5-2, big win from x_jeramie_x AGAIN this time to clinch it, eliminating Break and Run from the Playoffs and improving to 8-5 with a match against bearskins coming up this week, LuckyPool is now in absolute must-win mode. They've got ChampionsPool Wednesday.
Pacific - As I said BNR is gone, 4-10, they've certainly made some noise this season though, and the play of emerald_eidolon and jerm_is_evil, the only 2 BNR wins from tonight how fitting, will make this team that much more dangerous next season. They've flirted with playoffs early in just about every season and dropped off, this season I think despite their record they've played their best games the past few weeks. They finish out with ChampionsPool, who, if anybody would beat out PL to make Playoffs, it would be these guys. BeerBallers also have a chance, a game and a half behind, a PL win eliminates them however. ChampionsPool in must-win mode, it's even bigger than PFN-PO, ChampionsPool in Bicycle Race visiting LuckyPool. Both teams, must-win, THAT is the fun part of MLP.
Bit of a lacking post, like I said, I'm sick, tired, none of the seeding has changed, but I do have another Playoff Moment, let's stick with Season 2, Round 1 and 2.
After beating CueKeepers in week 12 to give themself the #3 seed in the NL (CKP played the makeup match on the condition it would not affect their record, as they had 12 games played already), Outlaws get a forfeit win over PoolPimps who, after Jon left them, had nobody available to play. Outlaws got CKP in the 2nd round anyways, and made quick work of them in the match that did count. It was CKP's first and only home loss of Season 2, in the 7 they played at home including Playoffs. Interesting to note it's the only match CueKeepers have ever played in their room for the Playoffs. Even more interesting, they flat-out haven't won a Playoff game ever.
