Outlaws Cleanly Advance
Match 1: PO in 6
Match 2: PO in 7.
In Match 1 without the luxury of picking 2nd I'd expect the Outlaws to be a little more aggressive with who they call and try to force PF to play Krimz before Game 7. With the 1-0 lead and the match being at home in Match 2, the pressure is all on PF to attack PO the same way, don't let it get to Game 7 with Jamie or hey, maybe Bill would end up playing Game 7 which it seems was the plan tonight. He's no Jamie but is he capable of handling a game 7 in the World Series? I think he could pass as a 7 player, maybe not consistantly but i think he could handle the situation the 1 or 2 times he'd be called to do it.
Let's not hand PO the Cup just yet though, have I ever picked the winner right in this damn WS stuff? Hey who cares, not like I get paid to be right ;)
Outlaws-DreamPool tonight from 3-2!
So, what's they outvote her on? Ray's eligibility. So that game will be wiped, and PO will finish their match with DP tonight, still with the 3-2 Outlaws lead.
It's expected chris will play for DreamPool as he was scheduled to last night in that game 6, and someone like Bill will play for PO, with Jamie and MJ meeting in game 7 if necessary. Kudos to the Admin TEAM for getting this one right, and and for standing against Brandi when she was so dead-set on this thing moving ahead with no discussion. Also it should be noted they did all this despite their tight schedule, something that they deserve a lot of credit for. They only had about a 15-20 hour window to get this done, as opposed to the week they would've in past seasons. Nice, nice job to all of them.
So, if PO wins it this way where they have an eligible player winning, I do promise to retract my statement about them getting a screwjob win over DP, don't worry. Barring any upcoming controversies: Best of luck to the 3 leagues who will play tonight, I do think the winner here has to be favored against PoolFighters but hey, weren't the Colts favored against San Diego?
Should make for an interesting NL Championship conclusion, and an even better World Series. Once again, I can't say it enough because I need to say it after all the dumping I've done on the admins this season, the way they finished this season may very well outweigh or come close to outweighing how it was run in the regular season. Great work this week guys. I mean it.
