How to cut down on Cam DQs

I was discussing this, this morning with the Head Admin of another Interleague. I didn't want to go into a long-winded debate with this Admin because it was early, and I didn't want to waste their time. So I figured, it's relevant in MLP, as any other Interleague, so why not discuss it here?

The center of this whole issue is: What is the purpose of using Cam? Well, obviously it's to ensure the game is played legitimately and there is no doubt as to the honesty of either player. So, that's surely why players ask for Cam, right? In that case, why should it not be required for the loser to send THEIR Cam tape as well? Let's look at the reasons why they should in the first place:

1: Saves time. If one Cam tape doesn't make it or is DQed, obviously the loser of that game has to send their tape. Thus you're looking at a potential TWO HOURS to clear a tape from Game 1, AND there's no guarantee that loser will get the win, because THAT tape may be disallowed for whatever reason. Why not have the loser send their tape immediately? It leads right into my second reason.

2: If the idea is to prove the legitimacy of the game... Then just from a moral standpoint, the loser should have to prove they did not cheat at all in their game. Does it have any relevance towards the match if the winning tape clears? Of course not. However, if the point is to prove the legitimacy of the game, as I said in the first sentence here, then why does the loser get a free pass except in an emergency?

3: Similarly, if Cam is used for the SOLE PURPOSE of preventing cheating, then that second tape can prove the legitimacy of a tape that is DQed for the only reason I've seen a tape DQed in MLP in the past 365, hell... 730 days. The timestamp. If the loser of that game, and the Admins of MLP, are so concerned about the legitimacy of the game, then they would ask for both tapes and would sync the 2 up at the break (Cam Player allows multiple windows to play different videos, and is very easy to use,) and watch them. This is not rocket science, ladies and gentlemen.

What it comes down to, is laziness, in my opinion. It appears to be the unwillingness on the part of both the players and the Admins, to take that extra step and truly ensure Cam is being used for what it should be used for - Ensuring the legitimacy and honesty of the game or match being played.

I told this specific Head Admin, when asked what my thoughts were on an all-Cam Interleague: It is feasible, but no Interleague has Admins with the mental capacity, or logical thinking capabilities, to be ready to run an all-Cam Interleague. Why is that? The answer is simple:

None of them have shown they know what Cam is to be used for. If you're going to distribute a cracked program worth hundreds of dollars, and require everyday people to use it, you should at least do the players that support your Interleague a favor and learn how to do it, and why you're doing this. This goes to ALL Interleague Admins anywhere.
