Kevin, has, done it, again. In his 3rd trip to the World Series he picks up his 2nd victory as a captain, as he takes QueBallz to their first World Series, in their first season of MLP. Many remember last time he did it was with the Pool Outlaws, and how fitting he had to get through them in a 7-game war to get back to the season finale. Ques end the season with a final record (counting the WS as 3 matches) of 18-3, 90/51, caps off to Kevin for turning the team around early to mid-season, and reaching the Playoffs every time he has captained, starting back in Season 2. After that memorable NL Championship Match, 3 straight World Series appearances for Kevin, twice with the Outlaws where he was 1-1, and now with the Quez.
Pool Legends deserve their props too though. League was created during the MLP Season back in February, LuckyDog left Pool Masters to go to Regul8ors for a week, then when Pool Pals withdrew, he jumped at the chance to give Legends a shot at playing in MLP, and they took a 1-win record and turned it into a World Series run, even leading match 3 by a 3-1 score. They had LuckyDog, Hi, and Fink prepared to close it out but just one of those nights where they could not do it.
So credit both ways, Quez for getting the team to actually stick together, and coming back from this 3-1 defecit, and to Pool Legends for shocking absolutely everybody and somehow sneaking into the World Series, and putting themselves in a serious position to win it all. Next season for both leagues? Who knows? But with instant success comes people begging to be on the Pool Legends bandwagon, or on Kevin's World Series Express... Right, Moe?
Just not something I wanna bother with over the summer. So GL to PL and QZ, and have a GREAT summer most of you :) Season 6 I'm gonna try to change this PoS but again Dan, since you have very short memory, let me remind you...If you EVER compliment me, no matter how well I turn this around, I'll remove the comment. That was decided somewhere between "you're a great writer" and "your writing style is weak" within the span of 24 hours. I do hope while you had time to post all that you had time for at least 1 game. :)
