Ohhhh all sorts of stuff in this post. First off, the "why"s. Miz knocked off Boozilla early in the match against Cheap Shotz, a controversial match in which MLD needed to win 5-2, AND DID! This is why Miz is one of the players, and THE captain, of the NL All-Star team; more on that in a moment. As for AOTW, well, kissthisbunny flipped out over... Um... Not being told who she was playing in a huge tourney like last Sunday's. lol this isn't some small "friends and family" league.

Insight: This is going to come down to which of the lesser guys gets the overlooked win. The NL has the best sleeper in this match in veteric. He is quite capable of winning his first game and the AL has mostly "good but not great" players. The American League holds 2 players who could get well more than one win in Cal and Pommy. When it comes to the late games though, I'd expect the NL to win this thing handily. Score: 9-5 NATIONAL LEAGUE.
On Tuesday, the Bank and Cue Control Competitions. Yes, back from when MLP was good, now in MLP's best season since #5. Table will be set up, balls will be potted in a certain order, without the cue touching any of the others. In the bank contest, same setup, same format, but banking all the shots.
On Wednesday, a new addition to All-Star Week: Admins Vs. Players! Selected as the Players' Captain was Cal from Pool Legends of course, Captain of the top team in all of MLP. I predict the Admins win 7-0.

Anyways... Match predictions!
MONDAY
PoolFiction 5 - 2 Pool Loverz: No repeat performance of a few weeks ago. PFN will be trying to get players eligible, but nobody really has anything to play for here. PFN is almost guaranteed the #4 spot, PZ is guaranteed no spot, just a filler match.
Malditos 5 - 2 Hot Shotz: HS is guaranteed #5, Malditos only have to win to keep the #1 spot they amazingly took over from Cheap Shotz... Don't expect any surprises here. Malditos roll.
8Ball Runers 6 - 1 Blazing Cues: 'Nuff said.
Cheap Shotz 5 - 2 Break and Run: BNR is due for a good week. By good week I obviously mean not get blown out 4-0 right off or something. They'll probably keep it somewhat interesting before CZ closes the door on them.
Cue Keepers 4 - 3 Brit Pool: BP have been enjoying the return of river_blake, and Roy has actually figured out how to win all of a sudden. Cue Keepers NEED this win, but I think there's gonna be a lot of carryover from the PL match. If they do, it will be VERY close. Brit Pool has secured #3 no matter what, but they still can stop CKP from reaching, along with getting some players eligible. Cue Keepers still need help from Pool Masters though...
Pool Masters 5 - 2 United Nations of Yahoo: For the SECOND time this season, UNY showed with four players against Lucky Shots, and LS rolled to an easy upset. Only having 4 players available with a chance to clinch a Playoff berth is horrible. They may still get in thanks to Brit Pool, but they seriously do not deserve it, and will get absolutely murdered in the first round.
EZ8Pool 5 - 2 Lucky Shots: I think LS will have a little carryover from their match with UNY, and EZ8 will be likely without Justin until their SECOND Playoff game, if they make it. Tom has said that after his outburst against Kerry last week, and it's unsure if that includes this match as well. EZ8 will want a couple more eligible players, but overall they're all set for the Playoffs.
