12/10: Cubby: /pulls trigger
**YAHOO**: X_X
Yep. That's all he wrote. I think it's juuust about time Sportscenter came back to being, y'know, SC. SO... PLAYOFF PREDICTIONS!
#4 CueKeepers @ #1 Lava Pool Lounge - Yes that's how the tiebreakers settle out in the Atlantic. After MZ pussied out for the 2ND TIME IN A ROW with a no-show against LPL, and Jokers beat CueKeepers, here we are! Now, who's eligible? Well, who cares the list isn't posted yet and frankly I'm not sure it's necessary. LPL is a much better team than CKP, and I think barring a catastrophic chain of events, LPL will win in 5.
#3 Jokers Alley @ #2 MadSkillz - Good match here. Jokers did fall off a bit from their amazing start, while MZ started quite badly and managed to turn their season around a la Season 5 Quez, who AREN'T EVEN IN THIS TIME! Yes, we're guaranteed a new MLP Champ. Now, who wins? I think MadSkillz do. The momentum has shifted around between the 2, and although JKR has a 3-week streak coming in, MadSkillz has been the more solid team, in my eyes. King wants some respect for MZ. He has it for now until they get smoked by LPL, MZ over JKR in 6.
#4 UnitedPool @ #1 PoolFighters - No weird tiebreakers in this division, just straight-forward seeding. UnitedPool, great season, you tried hard, you're a real fun bunch usually, but you're losing in 5 to PF. Before the season, PF lost Corey, they had Kevin standing in at captain, it was OH NOOOEZ PF IS TEH SCROOD! ...Nope! 13-2, 75/30, if that doesn't spell very solid to you I don't know what does. PF wins this in 5, though I'd expect Eddie and Ketan to put up a hell of a fight.
#3 StraightShots @ #2 IndianPool - Yeah, who'd have expected these 2 teams to be in the Playoffs? IND? With all the baggage they were bringing in? SS? With the awful season they had? Wait... lemme look...3: StraightShots - I really think they can rebound from last season. They won the PLC Championship (as if it means anything) and while it's likely the 2 teams will be quite different, I think they have the ability to compete in an interleague where the focus will be on getting players to actually play games in their home league. Oh! Someone DID think SS would be good! I actually take IND though here, a pleasant surprise of the season, they win this in 6.
#4 8Ball Runners @ #1 Pool Outlaws - PO = Dominant. Simple. They are a dynasty, and there is NO denying it. 8BR have been increasingly better each season they've been around, but they're not quite at PO's level yet. I'll give 8BR some respect, but I'll give Jamie and the Outlaws a win in about.... 5.
#3 PoolFiction @ #2 Beerballers - BBM waxed PFN earlier in the season. But PFN is one of those odd leagues, the weaker they are, the better they play. However I don't see any change from week 6. PoolFiction is probably going to lose in 5, but I'll give the Mick Factor and assume when it's 3-1 Kerry will toss him in as a stopper, and I'll say PFN loses in 6 to a great BBM team.
#4 Nice Racks @ #1 Pool Legends - PL in 4. That's all I can come up with. Nice try nice Racks but just... No.
#3 PoolMasters @ #2 DreamPool - Great match here. Both teams equal in the season, their match was a 4-3 final that DP won, but now in Playoff time I think DreamPool has a bit of an edge. PM is a great league and a great team, DP has a few things to sort out after the season, DP SHOULD win. PM WILL win, in 7, and shut LuckyDog up about PM not playing well on cam.
