PLAYOFF PIX!

Alright After some master debating with myself.

...

OK let's try that again.

After some deliberation, I finally know who I think will win everything in this 1st week of games.

Breakers Alley @ Cheap Shotz - OK. Cheap Shotz won't win this because they're the vastly superior team (Of course, they ARE vastly better), but because half of BA's guys probably don't even know htf to use Cam, and BA probably won't have 7 to play on Cam anyways. If they do, they'll need to get EXTREMELY lucky. Congratulations on weathering the storm and actually getting in, but you're getting smoked in 4 or 5 games. Cam or no Cam.

Break and Run @ Pool Masters - Well, not that Thursday's match in Week 14 really meant anything, but PM absolutely destroyed BNR. Expect more of the same, except strategy is a little different in the Playoffs. I imagine BNR will catch a break or 2, and hang around a little bit, but zack, quiet, etc. will lead PM past Chip & Break and Run in 6 games.

Cheap Shotz @ Pool Legends - OK. Cheap Shotz have some players on their team, and Pool Legends have struggled to close the season undefeated. Upset Watch here, but I'm not too confident. I mean, CZ has been so wildly inconsistent that you can't even rely on them to have their A game this week. I think this could go 7 though, if only because PL will get an early lead and Sova will save himself for game 7. PL will win it if it goes that far, as well, unless they can save Rob for that game. Ketan has been a mild surprise in that he has pretty much been CZ's best player. He needs to play one of the first 2 games and win to try and force Sova to try and save the match, if the rest of his team can do their jobs. Pick: PL in 7.

Malditos @ Cue Keepers - Well, Keepers are technically the deepest team in the Playoffs. Doesn't matter. They're better anyways. Malditos will probably try to pull some shady stuff etc. etc., but that won't matter either. Keepers are STILL better. They'll win this one likely in 5 or 6 games.

BritPool @ PoolFiction - AHA! A straight 7-game match, BP usually would be at a disadvantage. But Roy is all of a sudden playing respectably. Lets not kid ourselves here, if he plays any later than game 2, BP is up shit creek without a paddle, but BritPool has handled PFN players pretty well this season. I would not be surprised to see this match go all 7. The key for PFN is simple. Jamie has to be Jamie again, not the mess he has been so far. He took a break, there's no doubt he has been rusty this season, and that break is why. If I'm kerry, I play Jamie early, preferably against someone like Roy, because you simply don't know which Jamie you have. CJP is probably your NL MVP, he needs to play the 7th game. Not the clinching opportunity in game 5 or 6, game 7. If you have a lead, you can afford to wait for 7 to use Chris. BritPool needs to catch a couple breaks to get it to 7. I think PFN wins this one in 5, MAYBE 6. Doesn't go 7 though.

Pool Masters @ 8Ball Runners - Winner of a match between a pair of teams that limped in, against the best league talent-wise in MLP, yeah I'll take 8BR even without Neo. If Neo doesn't play at all this postseason, 8BR may feel the effects in the World Series. But remember they have made Poolfiction their personal bitches the past 2-3 seasons, they should be as tight a lock for the World Series as anyone.

After this week, Week 2 picks! And I totally expect half of these to be wrong =))
