Another thing I wanna know...
People always say OHEMGEE THEY CUMPLANE BUT DONT DO NETHIN 2 HELP!
What the hell doy uo expect them to do? Apply to be admins? With half of the people in question's backgrounds, no way they even have a chance at being a ref. Come up with a solution instead of complaining? Then what the fuck are the admins there for? If an admin can't take complaints from a member seriously and bring it to one of those meetings they supposedly have (can you find the key word?) then they are useless as an admin.
Summary: What exactly do you have in mind? Like, let's say Joe Schmo has a complaint. What is the proper way to go about it, and what are they required, by law of your "logic," to do?
