Interview week continues on sc, already got times for Lenny, Kevin I still gotta get to because I missed him Tuesday :s, Jai set up a time, Theike's free whenever cuz he has no life, and Pita....I'm still gonna get ya! ;) Enjoy the interview that was pieced together during a playing of MVP 2005 :s

Q: Barely hanging on to a Playoff spot in the Pacific, and even that's in jeopardy next week, is there any special advice you're gonna give to your team bwteen now and the Regs match?
A: Nah, no need to add any more pressure. I wouldn't ask them to change their style of play or anything. Just do your thing and take your time. The other team(s) have more pressure to catch us than we have hanging on to the spot.

Q: ChampionsPool loses to Break and Run, do you sit back then and give some other players some playing time being that you'd be in? Or do you try to make a statement at the Regul8ors' expense?
A: Well, after sending Bnr a "thank you" card, i would possibly rest a few veteren players. Such as myself, fink and maybe another or two. Some of our first time mlp players i would still play so they gain experience. Basically i wouldn't rest my whole team but yes i would give some players a shot that don't usually get a shot because they have supported us during the season and deserve a chance to play and have fun. It depends on the score too.

Q: Looking ahead, if you could magically make any Playoff team a #1 seed, as that's what you're guaranteed to be up against, who would it be and why?
A: I'd just be thrilled to make the playoffs after taking over and starting down 1-5. I don't mind going up against a powerhouse league. In order to be the best you have to beat the best.

Q: Yeah about that, 1-5 coming into the season taking over...Did you even expect to me in the situation you're in right now?
A: Honestly, no. By accepting that 1-5 record i hoped that we could gain some experience and be guarenteed a spot in MLP for next season and have some fun with it. I knew my team was good and i knew we could compete but c'mon 1-5 freaking sucks to start with before you play one match

Q: What has impressed you most about the team?
A: I'm most impressed with....our ability to come back when we are down. Quite a few matches we started out 0-1 or 0-2. Also, i'm really impressed with our 4-3 win over Af. Af was 10-2 at the time and one of the best leagues statistically. Oh, oh one more....I was really impressed with our consistency in the sunday jumps. We took over with 20 points and in dead last and we finished in the top 10!!

Q: OK, big question: You somehow get into the World Series (Lucky, Fink, already a crap team so just hypothetical =D) You've used 6 completely new players, it's 1-1, 3-3, blah blah blah, basically long question short: Who gets the deciding game of the World Series?
A: You gotta go with your all-star, dont you? Fink is the man for game 7 unless he's not feeling it that night then i would feel comfortable with Poolstud1111, especially if he had the break. That dude can run!

Q: If you could've done something different this season, what would it have been?
A: I woulda begged Sophie some more to let us make up the matches that PP played so we didn't have to start 1-5, lol. Throw in a cam show or something, i don't know. We would have locked up a playoff spot a long time ago and would have a better seed for the playoffs. Who wants to go against af,pm and regs in your last three matches to earn a playoff spot?

Q: Finally, so i can get back to mvp 05, any closing comments?
A: Thanks to everyone who supported Legends in our first season in Mlp. Gl bnr in week 15, lol. Gl to everyone in the playoffs. Cubby, one of these days i'm going to challenge you on Mvp '05 and show you how great the Orioles are...and thanks for the interview i suppose :P

So there's your cam whore (whorioles fan to boot) Luckydog. had a birthday recently too, so a late happy 11th birthday to Luckydog! He was asolutely right with the bit about fighting for a Playoff spot. They had a very tough close to this season, and now the big question: Will it be the Beerballers, ChampionsPool, or Pool Legends who find a way into some post-season action? Week 15, the week you HAVE to win. Whether it be to get a better seeding, get into the Playoffs, win a division or conference, or hey just so simply make a statement and try to get some momentum for the next season. Week 15 is must-win for all, and you can bet there'll be some good good good good GREAT matches next week.
