Week 5 Outlook
With MagicPool and UNY, you have a UNY league starting to try and replace some of the players who left when the league was given to Broky. You also have a new Captain in Mick who, as you may remember, was one of the main causes for Propoolerz's departure from MLP (remember a lot of ID's going byebye from the league? Unless zombie lied to me, which he probably didn't.) Then on the other hand you have a league like MagicPool, which has players running their mouths about aimers and cam and ping, ironically what they're ripped on for in other interleagues which don't have rules to prevent that bs. Then they pretend they're the victims when they're called on it. So basically Simon & Tony have the worst match to ref this week. I have the 2nd worst, simply because it involves Cue Keepers.
True Pool Legends and, what might as well now be called, Dreampool Pals, square off at the same time Thursday night. TPL of course will be led by this week's BLT Champion Koty, and DPP led by Marky. Not the Marky that cheated, no... this is m_a_r_k_y_s. I like TPL to cruise in this one nonetheless. I've never been sold on Pool Pals as a contending league, probably never will be, and they both have opposite records anyways (3-1 vs. 1-3.)
Other 2 matches... Don't really look all that promising. CZ should roll NHP... Poolfiction should do about the same with Breakers Alley, this really looks like a routine week for MLP. Not too many surprises brewing, IMO.
Real quickly, next week... 2 bigtime trap games for the only 2 undefeated leagues in MLP. 8BR and Cheap Shotz. They both play Week SEVEN. But 8BR has to get through CKP to remain undefeated next week, and CZ has to contend with MagicPool to do the same. Obviously 8BR has the bigger challenge, but CZ also has to stay on its toes as well. Regardless... Week 7 should be really, really fun. By the way, they meet again to CLOSE the season in Week 14.
