League Switches - So Far

Ummm ... am I missing something? I know he wasn't very happy w/ the rumour of PO gettin even more new, talented players than they had this year, but I find this VERY surpising. Is he gunna come back to PO, switch leagues, or quit MLP altogether - time will tell.

I've seen him shoot a few times and he's not bad - not bad at all. Didn't see him during the MLP regular season but it'll be interesting to see how he competes in the 7 v 7 and Cam jumps under greater pressure. Tyler picked up a decent one here.

First person to move to PL - and most likely not the last haha Great player here, can shoot with the best of them. Regs will certainly miss him, but I'm sure Jase will love to have him this season. Key player for PL in those later games this season I'd imagine; will take pressure off of Fink and Jase.

Told yah Jer wouldnt be the last to join PL. WHAT-A-PICK-UP! This dude completely HANDLED Amir in playoffs when LPL played PO. Lucky, Fink, Jer and Chris; PL made World Series this year, scary to think what they might do with Jer and Chris on their roster.

With Brandi not in CKP anymore Itd be surprising if Cuekeepers stay in MLP - and this guy is the first to leave them this off season. He was CKP's All-Star rep but if anything he was just a person who had a good season on a mediocre team. Good addition for a BBM team who failed to make the playoffs last season though.

Hmm PL is starting to look like the PO of last season pickin' up all these good players - but we all know that didn't get them to the World Series. ;) lol Most people may know Phil by the ID skips_97_civic though. He's a good player and is making this PL line-up more and more stacked. I must admit though, I'm surprised Jase isn't turning some of these people away considering they did make it to the World Series w/ the team they had.

ZzZzZzZz maybe I should just say the person is switching leagues and we'll automatically know where he's goin. GOD another player switches to PL. This is kinda ridiculous - no offense to Scott though. He's a good player when he keeps a cool head and isn't doubting himself. When he's steaming though it's a different story. He will help an already great looking team though.

Ahhh Tracey. Good shooter who took out Missy to win the Female WPC title a few months back. I don't see her gettin much playing time on a PO team that is rumoured to have the likes of Jammy, Mick and Jeremy this season. Who knows.

Well that may just tell us that SP isn't gunna be in MLP this season. Marc's a good player who's gunna bring some much needed talent to a BS team who went from World Series contenders in Season 4 to bottom-feeders this year. Mind you, if SP should stick around for Season 6 this would be a HUGEEEE hit to them. BS on the other hand looks like it may be righting the ship before this season begins.

There's many reasons I'm sure of that for JJ withdrawing. One is probably that MLP will most likely not make Cam mandatory for next season, but hey thats no reason to withdraw. He'll be a big loss for Qz, seeing as how he was the one who clinched the World Series in Game 7 of Match #3. He can run, he can snooker and he's got good table vision - interesting to see if he stays retired - I highly doubt he will.

Whoever told me this guy was banned is gunna get a severe beating. I don't see any Regs players withdrawing so this is a big pick-up for Pita. Question is, will Pita remain as captain or will Rob take the team back - remains to be seen. When this guys on he's on. Can do whatever is needed to get the "W" for his team and is in my mind a clutch player. Even if he is an ass sometimes. :) Was part of that crazy-stacked PO team who failed to make WS. May have a better chance this season with a Crazy Good Regs team.

TOTAL AIMER + Brandi's Boy-Toy. lol j/k Chris. He's jumping ship and joining BBM now that PH is goin under Canadian ownership - hell, he prolly wont be the last :P 3 cam tourney victories this season just prove how good this guy really is. The best PH player this season hands-down. Yes B, he was even better then you lol. Great pick-up for BBM and backs up my thoughts on this team being in contention near the end of this season. That is should they keep Mirkwood, Clogz, Scott and Ivey.

Q: First off, congratulations on winning the World Series blah blah blah you've heard it before, does it feel any different having already won it once before?
A: not really man.....it feels just as good this time as it did last time.....u cant take that feeling away when it took that much of a struggle from the beginning to get where ya got in the end
Q: Yeah, that was a huge turn-around and speaking of which, Pool Legends went through even worse. How surprised were you when you finally noticed that getting to the World Series meant facing them?
A: really to be honest i didnt really pay attention to what was goin on over on the other side...i figured we would be playin regs...but when i found out they wer 6-9 8th seed i was kinda wonderin how it was possible.,..then u explained on SC i figured they would be tuff
Q: Heh, found out first-hand how tough it would be after that first match. After dropping the first home match and then having to go to their room and force a 3rd match, how much pressure, if any, did that add to you and the team?
A: well....i think its been obvious the past 4 seasons that this team has been together...we are a pressure team....we perform better under pressure we are a come back team and that has shown thoughout all the seasons we have been together.....it added pressure no doubt and i think when paul cam in and i told him we were down 3-1 get us a got damn win i think he knew what needed to be done and he started a rally

Things change! :-" Anyways, you won that 2nd match 4-1, which always seems to happen in the World Series, it seems match 2 always goes 4-1 for the team that lost match 1 (with 1 exception of course) What was different between match 1 and match 2?
A: i dont know... we were just pissed.
Q: 3rd match, you fall behind again, and wind up putting yourself back in that same game 6 scenario you lost in match 1. Is there any time during that match where you thought "christ sakes, here we go again"?
A: ya damn right i gave him BIH and he broke his ball out those where my exact words....."for gawd sakes here we go again....oh well i lost this its over congrats PL" lol my exact words
Q: Well, there you didn't go again, you ended up winning, get JJ in game 7, how did you decide who would play game 7? Was it just take the match as it comes or did you have it planned that JJ would get game 7 if it came to that?
A: well...it was 3-1...we had to win em all.....paul made it 3-2....it was me jj n miz left....miz wasnt a pressure player and so that left me n jj.....i figured well i can play now and if i win we are still alive but if i lose cant no1 feel blamed.....the MVP of the match Yahoo! Games helped me out and of course it was JJ left...so i guess i jus went as they came
Q: 2-part question again: A: What impressed you the most with the Quez team you brought in, and B: What surprised you the most about Pool Legends?
A: well...the simple fact that the team wanted to come back and win impressed me......and PL jus surprised me all around
Q: So where to from here? Obviously it's not quite vacation time for you yet, looking to light up some fireworks in ILT Monday, got a Bye in PLC for whatever that's worth, you already won NPA hell you guys could pull the grand slam, first league ever to win 'em all, has that crossed your mind at all?
A: i support QZ in all interleagues...i worry bout MLP the most....i wanna win ILT that would be awesome cuz like u said first lg to win all of em.....but i can tell ya....i wont even think about my captaining days bein over til i see a best capt award lol.....so aint no vactions goin on in nekinda way
