World Series PICKS!
Now for MLP. It's CheapShotz @ PFN for 2 of these 3 matches. CZ has proven me wrong all he way up to this point, so I almost have to give them a shot to win the 3rd match. This SHOULD go all 3 matches, Monday through Wednesday. divine_threat is basically your Playoff MVP if Poolfiction DOES win the World Series, and you wanna talk about someone coming almost out of nowhere to win huge games for a league, there's the beginning and end of this discussion for this season's Playoffs. Saves PFN's asses with a great cut on the 8 against BritPool, LOL's Neo in Game 7, I mean... Other than playing for everyone else I don't know what else he can do this postseason. Add him in with a steady early-game player like Derek, you still have CJP, you still have Jamie getting his form back and playing pretty well, get a win or 2 elsewhere, and you're in top form.
Then on the other side, Cheap Shotz, you've got reigning NL MVP Boo at the back of a lineup that has shown they're basically made for the Playoffs. 3-4 really good players in Scott, Boo, Ketan, Chris, Ste, etc., this is a VERY dangerous lineup especially for the Playoffs when you more or less play to win 4-0, rather than play weak against weak going up to game 7 and try to win 4-3 or get a 4-2 lead through 6.
As for who will win... I won't ever give up the fact that I believe the National league is a much tougher conference than the AL in MLP. Poolfiction has had a much tougher run to get here, they've gone through TWO game 7's to do it (Like I care it was officially 4-2 over 8BR, it went 7), Cheap Shotz have had an outstanding Playoff run, but I believe it'll be Poolfiction winning 4-3, CZ winning 4-2 in Match 2, then PFN taking match 3 4-2, and winning their 2nd World Series.
