And so...yeah, he's banned. That all of course coupled with the fact that he always runs his mouth at every match, without fail, well... His bad. Jackal said later quote "kayla was better" and maybe it's because she didn't ban people for being an aimer without proof. ...You can probably guess DreamPool can go somewhere else and give their own report if anybody cares what happened. Though DP's one saving grace, even their captain and co-captain asked for jackass-dx to get banned.
UnitedPool @ BritPool - Lalala...hey BritPool would love a win right here, they'd make up some ground in the Atlantic and start a respectable playoff push. but first they gotta get through UnitedPool. Game 1, grumbles7 for UP, that's pauls_gift_to_you, he's against Chaos182. Chaos on the 8...Not so good. Misses the top right. Grumbles misses his first shot I gotta say it wasn't a smart one. Chaos again on the 8 trying to jam it between the 10ball and the top rail, same pocket...Edge of the pocket. Grumbles yet again...Chokes on the 14. So now if Chaos misses this he needs to hand over his IP, Service provider PW, his next of kin, and he needs to disappear off the face of the earth...Nah he made it. 1-0 BP. UP's cadillac pimpin against forest_hill, playing very late...game 2. Cadillac gets ball in hand resulting from a way undershot ball by forest, so here we go to tie it. Down to 4 stripes, knocks down the 12 top left, knocks down the 8 bottom left, yes that's how you blow a game, and yes that's 2-0 BritPool. So you're down 2 UnitedPool...Who's up? How about Mr. -15, badking_got_a_big_cold_streak. PrincessNeo was his opponent, bad control with 2 stripes left, even worse on the bank attempt...And here goes BK. 2 solids and the 8 left. Makes 1...he's -15...Makes the 2nd and gets nice position on the 8...he's -15...Drains the 8, IT'S A MIRACLE!!! BADKING_GOT_CARJACKED ACTUALLY WON A GAME HOLY CRAP HE'S +1 CELEBRATION TIME!!!! UP still down 2-1. Slavko put some nice safety play in the end on GodsAccess in game 4 to pull out a win...Slavko is one of the better middle-match players in MLP. Although...it would be interesting to see him in a game 6 or 7, because I really think he could be even more useful than he already is for BritPool in the matches, and he really does have the talent for it (no, losing to me is not an embarassment shut up jammy) :\ Sir_bankshot nabbed a win over kathy grneyes though to keep UnitedPool alive, kathy actually had the game won but couldn't end it. River_blake played impressively near the end of his game, but when he got to the 8...major choke. Danny452 steals the win and we got a little 3-3. mind_da_pool against ketan. Mind also had THIS game won. Played good early on in the game, got a nice counter-safety, and ketan left him a chance to win it. Instead Jai scratched, and ketan doesn't screw up late in big games, with ball in hand. UnitedPool really steals one here 4-3, and after the LKP-BS match I took the time, while watching Fantasia 2000, to think about why BritPool is 2-7. It comes down to one big factor: They simply can't win the late games. They often choke at that point. Take the 8BR match for example. Yes they won it in 5, but their play in final 2 games simply wasn't all that great. DreamPool match. They go up 3-0, and then all of a sudden, granted DreamPool played extremely well, they choked bigtime and blew that 3-0 lead, and lost the match. PoolFiction, they didn't win the late games when they counted. Had their chances, PFN had their mistakes, they didn't take advantage. Also Jan did not play this match, and it was her birthday as I understand. I don't know if there's some kind of tradition there, or if she simply didn't want to play. But aside from the fact that it's her birthday, UnitedPool put up sir_bankshot and Danny452 in games 5 and 6. Those are where you put Jan in if you're BritPool because she's actually not a bad player, and could've probably won. She was really on against Mick last week, BritPool didn't just choke in the games, they blew it from a captain standpoint as well. If the late-match execution was there, you're easily looking at at least a 4-5 team, and a team really in the Playoff hunt. Right now you're looking at a BP team that may have just blown their shot at the Playoffs. UnitedPool, it was a sloppy win, but they got the job done, they're now 5-4, 3rd in the Atlantic by a half-game over LPL, who have that unenviable task of playing the Outlaws Wednesday night. Amazingly enough though...If EP lost tonight, and 8BR loses to SS Tuesday, which would be like Mariano Rivera picking up a save, BritPool would by no means be dead in the water.
PoolMasters @ Breakers Alley - Easy win for PM right? Haha...Well...I'll just say Breakers Alley hung around in this one. Game 3 when I got there, sk88rpunk had beaten zackman to give BA a 1-0 lead, and then MRSR Pool Perfection beat sexydevil20052000, giving devil her 6th consecutive MLP Loss. So game 3, Spanky against truetexassweetheart. Not a very patient player texas you might say, but on the other hand...you gotta understand they're not used to taking over 3 mins. on shots, force forfeit screen came up, she asked for a timer, and I for one don't blame her. PM...Did. By the way Spanky gave ball in hand on her next shot. Now, after texas completely blew the oppurtunity to give BA another lead, Spanky...well we call that a bad shot where I come from. She put the 8 between her last stripe and the cueball, on the right side of the table. So she comes off the top rail, has to be going for the bottom middle there's no way you can even call this shot. 9ball off the bottom, top, and just for the hell of it, decides to fall bottom left. Spanky then downs the 8 no problem, 2-1 PM. FlyGirl beat hippichick to make it 3-1 PM, I was watching some of the silly booter drama of the EP-MZ match. Now stonecoldshooter for BA against PM's GUMBY...stone is on a -9 streak in MLP and actually, that's an 0-9 record on his MLP name. So basically he's Badking, Jr. Kids look this is how you keep your team in a match. Runs it straight from break. Stone Cold says so. 3-2 BA, real impressive effort there. Lookin like the BA team that beat BBM for their only win (by DQ, granted but still a win) earlier this season. Blue83 needs one win to catch LuckyDog at 64 wins in the Hall of Fame, and marty mcfly, and yes that would put him tied for 5th all-time. Not to be though, he really screws up against naughtia_24, gives her ball in hand on the 8 and everything. Left without a good game. Yes I agree blue - captains should pick players who will represent their league well. Hey it's 3-3...Yes PM and BA are tied at 3. Elise_de_Veroux against dynamite_que. Dynamite won the Cam Jump this week, Elise...didn't. But she didn't play half bad either here. That is until she got down to 4 solids and the 8. Dumb shot, trying to cut the 4 past the 9, had the easy 7ball wide open, with how she played early I really expected a lot more in that situation, dynamite finishes to win and Pool Masters win 4-3 and join that list of winners who probably should've lost with how they played. But hey, PM are 6-3, winners of 4 straight, and they're a game and a half behind Division Leaders Absolute Finest, who should easily win Tuesday night against PoolPimps. BA...I shouldnt even say it. 1-8, past 2 seasons they've finished with a 3-10 record, this could be their worst ever. That's about all they're fighting for now.
MadSkillz @ ElitePool - Booter controversy here and all that, but also a double DQ. Champ Chris and kl2istian_2oo5 (who kansas had kicked off team earlier this season) have less than 10 tourney games in their respective leagues. On top of that, kl2istian times out. The win is given to Champ Chris. Remember that...3-2 MZ lead later on. jtjrjajvj after Pete had won, having to leave early, with a quite easy run to win it....Scratch. American Pool Kid there to pick up the win and we are 3, 3, again. King Hustler against _Breeze_6. Breeze intentionally drops king's 10ball with a 6-10 combo bottom right, but king begins to finish the table. Except by the time he gets to the 8, rather off-key positioning leading up to, he's gotta bank off the top to the bottom middle. Know what? He nailed it like it was game freaking 1. So MadSkillz win it 4-3. Let's face it, Chris probably would've beat kl2istian anyways, but it's rather puzzling how you could have 2 captains screw up like that. But, it happens I guess. MadSkillz are 6-3, a game and a half behind the Outlaws, they've got LPL Wednesday night. Also MZ are now 4-0 away from home. Not bad. ElitePool 3-6, a half-game behind 8Ball Runners who take on StraightShots Tuesday, but regardless of the result they are a game and a half out of 4th place in the Atlantic. Week 9 and people are getting DQed for eligibility...Jesus.
LuckyPool @ BlackSilver - OK...3-3, 3-3, 3-3, 3-3. Only one home team has won tonight in 4 matches. BlackSilver needs a win in the absolute worst way. Game 6 is where I started watching, the_l0ser_l0ser up for LuckyPool, with a 3-2 LKP lead. He's against l3oti of BlackSilver. l3oti through a series of tough shots, gets stuck with a bank on the 14, top to bottom right....Missed it. L0ser after twice saying "force forfeit *whistles*" while Victor was taking his time... Down to 2 solids, match clincher in the bag... Horrible Choke *whistles.* Vickietor wins...Ah jesus who the hell cares about this game it's only a 3-3 ffs. It's getting old already! Eddie of course who else? He was against GOOBER from LuckyPool. This should be 4-2 LKP, it's 3-3. Remember it. Goober actually played dumb in this. With ball in hand, he begins things with a bank. That's either a pathetic form of showboating or playing like an idiot. He didn't even leave a good shot for himself. After a safety from Eddie, 2 straight-in shots, he banks AGAIN. he scratched on the next shot. Eddie would just continue to safety him, he knows what's at stake here. Goober not happy but...he's played like an idiot so who is he to tell Eddie how to play? In the end, Eddie stuck with a bank on the 8. lol...Seen this before right king hustler? Same result, off the bottom though, and to the top right, BS wins it 4-3. And BlackSilver, 1 down, 6 to go they're 3-6, a HotShotz win Tuesday night would be a HUGE help for BS...Especially because they haven't played PH yet, and may have a chance to sneak a little head to head advantage over them. Could PH possibly be the Pool Masters of season 4? They're in the right Division for it... As for LuckyPool, 4-4, 2nd loss in a row, and are out of 4th place for now. Wouldn't be if they had made the BE match up already *whistles* :)
