This Week's Picks
We start of Monday night at 7:00 in Vicki's Secret where Lava Pool Lounge take on Breakers Alley. Neither team has won a match yet this season and thats gonna change at the end of this match. Im gonna say 5-2 to Breakers Alley. Neither team has any great players but Breakers Alley have managed to win some games vs some pretty tough opposition in the previous weeks. At 8:00 its Poolfighters vs Ez8 Pool and this should be a walkover for Poolfighters seeing that Ez8 Pool didnt put up much of a fight vs Poolfiction last week. 7-0 to Poolfighters unless Luis f*cks up. Next up is Vegas Shooters vs Regul8ors in Bent Cue at 9:00. Battle of David and Goliath here with the bottom team in the Pacific Division vs the top team in the Pacific Division. Vegas Shooters havent won a match yet and I dont think that will change. Im gonna go 6-1 for Regul8ors cause the Vegas Shooters' players seem to be gambling in Vegas and lady luck aint on their side yet.
First up Tuesday night is Social Outcasts vs Cuekeepers at 7 in Intermediate Lounge 3.
This should be an easy win for Cuekeepers. Its a simple case of Cuekeepers has good players and Social Outcasts dont. 6-1 to Cuekeepers. Next up at 7 is Poolfiction vs Happy Pool in Don't Stop Me now. This is a very evenly balanced match. Both sides have really good players althought Poolfiction have more luck. Im gonna go 4-3 Happy Pool though cause their players just have a lil more skill (+ my buddies are in hp lolol). We move onto Pool Pimps vs StonedColdPoolGods at 8 in Rat Race (Did someone make a typo? Wusnt it supposed to be Stoned Cold Steve Austin. Anyways). I dont know much about either team but by looking at the current standings, Im gonna hafta go with 5-2 to StonedColdPoolGods. Finally we end the night with a great match. Pooloutlaws vs Black&Sivler at 9:00 in Break It Up. Both sides have great players. Im gonna have to go with Pooloutlaws 4-3 though cause they got more depth in their squad while Black&Silver just have about 5 good players where if a couple of them dont win their games, Black&Sivler will struggle to get 4 wins.
Wednesday night starts off with Lucky Pool vs Poolmasters at 7:00 in Anything Goes. This is a pretty evenly balanced. Im gonna go 4-3 Poolmasters just cause their playin at home.
Next is PoolHustlers vs Hot Shotz at 8:00 in Eclipse. Hot Shotz shouldnt cause any problem for PoolHustlers. Too many great players in PoolHustlers. 6-1 to Poolhustlers. Night ends in Custard Pie with Break and Run taking on Rolls Joint. Both teams are equally good. Only reason Rolls Joint are 0-3 is cause they have had very tough opponents in the first 3 weeks. Break and Run should manage to win this 4-3 though.
Thursday night starts of with New Cool Pool vs the defending Champions Straightshots at 7:00 in All Mixed Up. Straightshots have great players plus their playing at home for the first time this season. Should be an easy Straightshots win. 6-1 unless funky offers another rerack n f*cks up again in which case 5-2 to Straightshots. Also at 7:00 BearskinEightBallers take on 8BallElite in Hangout. This should be a walkover for 8Ball Elite.They got good players like danny,hipchick,1cloud,etc. 7-0 to 8Ball Elite. We move onto Stephen's Dining Room where XPool take on Trupoolers at 8:00. XPool need to get their act together. They dont seem to have the good players they used to like bigpoppa, etc. Trupoolers should win this 5-2. We end the week in Thorn In My Side where Champions Pool Shooters take on Smoking Cues at 9:00. Both teams 2-1 and records almost same. Will be a good match. Champions Pool Shooters should come out with a 5-2 win though.
