Monday predictions
Monday night, 7:00 2 matches I'll flip a coin it comes up heads so let's start with Poolmasters vs. Pool Hustlers. Good news is this is going to be a really good match. *looks at the ump assigned* yeah, bad news is if you say gl or gg you're gonna get dqed. The match is in Intermediate Lounge 2, but either way it doesn't matter. Gaz is back. No, they don't need scott, disregard anything my noobish sidekick ;) said about him. All they need is a good solid team, Theike, Cory, Gary, Kirz although more annoying than Moe at times and they should be able to find a few others to fill in the whole 7. While on paper these two teams are almost dead even (PH 3-1 at home, PM 3-1 away.) this one is going to be a 5-2 win for PH, don't intentionally throw it kids :/
Other 7:00 match, Stoned Cold Pool Gods in Bad Times supposedly against Pool Fiction. I say spposedly because last week, the Gods missed their match with LPL. Heh, anyways. If they show up, we are talking PoolFiction here. Yes, no league has ever gone undefeated in the regular season. But that doesn't mean PFN is gonna lose. Granted that SCPG does have some good players, but as it is so often, sometimes your opponents just have better players. It's the American League Playoff rematch between PFN and SCPG, and it's also a 4-3 win for PoolFiction.
8:00, Smoking Cues and XPool. Look, XPool. Do me a favor. PROVE ME WRONG I hate seeing winless leagues so late in a season in any sport. Unfortunately, I don't see them winning here. Now while the Cues have a sillydelphia flyers fan on their squad, I'll overlook that because the Cues just have improved a lot since last season. 3 more wins than losses in the season is exactly what they need at around the midway point. Big confidence booster for 'em. If they win Monday, they'll be playoff-bound no doubt. And they should do it 5-2, unless XPool can actually accomplish something this season, they've got the homeroom advantage it's all set up for them, their only problem has been playing, and winning.
To close the night, Rolls Joint, Black Silver in Break It Up. Uh..Yeah whatever, good luck at the tables all and especially tonight in the Tour.
