This week

OK, last night a Poolhustler camtasia win by pool hustler don helped the Hustlers sneak into 2nd place in the tour standings, which a win over kenny for smarty mcjones in the finals of the regular jump would've done for poolfiction, but just like smarty jones, marty lost, and thus PFN takes 3rd place but for the 2nd season running, Poolfighters pull it off with a 211, one of only 9 leagues to reach 100, cps being the 9th with 100 even.

So it all comes down to this...one final week and the AL playoff leagues are decided, but only one more spot remains in the National League. Now there is a bit of a situation...assume trupoolers lose tonight, then cps loses to break and run...heh. XPool beats Hot Shotz... Blacksilver beats vegas shooters...and Luckypool beats smoking cues. Guess who sneaks into the playoffs? Luckypool because last week they pulled a 4-3 win (one of 7 that week) over trupoolers whom they'd be tied with. LKP beat vegas shooters 7-0 in that week b1 forfeit, yep, those come back to kill ya. HotShotz beat em however and so did CPS so they can't afford to tie with those 2. It will all start tonight though when the regs and trupoolers play.

And just for you, JJ. What does 12-0 67/17 make you think of? It makes me think of the Poolfighters and Pooloutlaws, who are both tied for the regular season championship. This week will decide that as well. PF plays 8be tonight, PO plays ph thursday night. Outlaws are in a situation that could be good, or bad. If the elite give PF a battle, and make it 4-3, Outlaws know all they have to do is clinch it plus 1.  But if the fighters absolutely dehumanize the elites (like I do in Halo) then the Outlaws are in a very tough situation, and may just wanna settle for trying to pick up 4 wins rather than 6 or even 7. When you play just to win, it's easier than playing to run up the score, which may be what the Outlaws try to do here without home advantage. Now the thing with Poolfighters is Luis really isn't gonna play unless he needs to you'd have to assume. 3-3 Game 7 here comes the grim reaper. 6-0 game 7 let's get another guy over the 3-game mark. Now the Outlaws like to play Kenny or Unleashed Weapon early, and if Southern Star plays she usually plays in the first 2 or 3. But late in the match you can't really predict who will be called up, which is where home advantage for PH will come in very handy. By the way the fighters also have home advantage in their match. But there's still a bit to be decided this week and who knows how close the matches will be this time.
