Last second pre-game
Hey, they get away with it on tv :\ Anyways, yes I know I'm lacking a Yoda Cup post, don't worry. Tonight in Hangout at 7:00 is the beginning of round 2 of the playoffs. 8Ball Elite hosts PoolFiction. How do these 2 match up? Well let's look at what they did last week, Fiction swept the defending champions StraightShots, while 8BE was sitting pretty with a Bye. When they met in the season Elites beat them 4-3, but that's irrelevant for the moment. Elite is a respectable 5-2 at home, good, good, really proud of ya, but who cares? PFN played 7 matches outside of Bad Times. Guess who won all 7? Yeah, PFN. Mike's a great captain when it comes to choosing players first, this is why if Poolfiction reaches the World Series again, they may not walk away empty-handed this time. They're going to win this in the first 7-game battle of the playoffs, and unlike last season in this round we have a competant enough ump who won't dq players just because they want to see a game 7. Poolfiction just has this stacked line-up of semi-big names, semi-big names that also happen to be really great players. They will however be without pfn_nick after he went totally ignorant in last night's Killer tourney, rules aren't global take a seat eat your captain crunch and shut the hell up and play the game next time, and when you want to play in the playoffs you'll thank me. So anyways he's out for the post-season, and Mark probably could've stopped it if he had Dq'ed him when he called everyone dumbasses, but, let's just let him lose 15 comments after his "last chance" So now you can present the arguement that mark really hurt Poolfiction, but I don't think nick was going to play at all and if he was going to, oh well Mike's good at finding subs, usually has 8 or 9 people and especially now that it's playoffs, we're going to see an instant classic tonight though. Remember PFN in 7, yes badking I'm still doubting you guys.
