Season 4 is here
In the Atlantic it's Britpool, 8Ball Elite, Cue Keepers, EZ8, Pimps, Superbpool, and Straightshots.
Then in the Central it's Breakers Alley, HappyPool, LPL, NewCastle, NCP, Poolfighters, and Poolfiction, 2-time runner-ups in the World Series might I add.The big race in the AL Atlantic division will be between ez8 and Straightshots. And of course Good_Riddance will meet up with his old team Straightshots when EZ8 visits AMU to kick off Week 6.
In the Central it will again come down to PF and PFN, with the Fighters again taking the division. HappyPool would be a contender, WOULD BE if mephy hadn't become the Pete Rose of MLP and got himself banned, now HappyPool is actually left without a captain after striker left HP to go to regul8ors. Camtasia Playoffs this season by the way according to jeff, it's a possibility. Now we see who the real players in MLP are. but hey nothing says you can't aimer your way into the post-season *shrugs* Newcastle will likely come in and get a 5th or 6th place spot in the playoffs, it's going to be a shakey conference but I believe it'll still split 3-3 in leagues advancing.
In the NL, and no interleague play so we won't see JJ vs. the Outlaws *crying* oh well. Break and Run, BlackSilver, LuckyPool, Poolmasters, Outlaws, TightRackPool is in fact returning, and XPool make your Mountain Division. First of all TightRack has a lot of respect to get back but they do have enough players to form a somewhat effective team, XPool can only get better than what we had to sit through last season when they went from a top contender to a "who are they?" league. The Outlaws have not gotten a single bit worse this time around, they've lost kenny and JJ, Kenny to regs JJ to Straightshots, you will NOT see JJ against the Outlaws not even in the World Series when the Outlaws go 12-1 and smoke everybody in the NL because Straightshots won't make it. Break and Run MIGHT even get into the playoffs this time. Luckypool I had high expectations last time for them, they had a slight chance at slipping into the #6 spot at the end, didn't make it. I still say they've got a legitimate chance this season. But obviously nobody's touching the Outlaws, BlackSilver lost super RAH they lost Dan they've got a few good players left but let's face it, they won't be able to come close in the Division this time.
Pacific consists the returning BeerBallers led by the admin who wanted them banned back in season 2, figure that out, Hot Shotz, Hustlers, Regul8ors, Smoking Cues. Vegas Shooters, and UnitedPool. Smoking Cues will come in 3RD in the division this time to the Hustlers and BBM. In fact the post-season will probably be 4 pac, 2 mountain. The regul8ors have only gotten better by picking up Dan RAH and Kenny, and Striker, they're gonna be that one league you see the most improvement from this season. Hustlers picked up the CPS players who left with Sophie. Add to that they only lost the division because Smoking Cues beat them last season, this is going to be a very close division and all 4 leagues that make the playoffs may have a very good chance of winning it. Vegas Shooters barely made the post-season after a near deadly week 1 forfeit to LKP week 1, UnitedPool is really close with the PoolPimps, and United-Pimps match would've been great. Hot Shotz, they were hanging around in the playoff picture at least for a little while, but with THIS National League? They'll probably be lucky to even get near 7-6.
So who wins the World Series? You get Luis vs. the Outlaws and you see 3 matches, and you see PF, if they're on their A game, edge one out in game 7 of that 3rd match. The Outlaws deserve a lot of credit they've got a near-unbreakable team, but hey, it is very hard to go back-to-back in any sport, and as long as this is SPORTScenter, this is a sport.
