Hustlers-BeerBallers
Game 1, Kenny and EFC. 40+ minutes and Daru hasn't played yet, yikes. We'd see some nice banking (hey all on cam which makes it extra nice) along with a well-played safety battle on both sides, Smoking Cues your thoughts? Kenny so deprived of a write-up on here after all his previous wins, he would eventually lose apparently by scratching on a bank while I was disconnected :\ damn modem. With a game like this though, as well as they both played, you almost wish you could split the point in half. But it's still 1-0 Hustlers, Kenny where's my check for mentioning your name? :)
Game 2 and 3 I also missed, but Clogz would win over...Cobain? Yeah he's fresh from LPL, and then Daru? Hey I got back after being on hold with tech support for about a half hour and Daru has finished his game? He would beat Silent_Fox.
Game 4, Viper GT and The_Big_Game, a few safeties here as well, obviously not as many, highlighted by a nice bank from Viper, BeerBallahs up 3-1. BBM was down 3-1 to ElitePool last week and lost 5-2...
Game 5 coria wants to safety don but fouls, and when you give someone like pool_hustler_don ball in hand, just report and type GG and be ready to leave the table, he doesn't mess those up too often. His last few shots were just pure beauty, including a shot on the green stripe (14) that seemed rather routine, but it was all about where he positioned that shot. Don is hands down the best player on the PH team, admins take note.
Next it's Pascal and the people's top choice for all-star, the not-so-annoying Brandon :) (not to be confused with mr_jew) Late in the game Pascal has to try and break the 8 away from the 10, pretty much have to do it now because, well, if you don't you lose. get a shot on the 8 and you win. Let's just say Pascal won, clinching the win for the BeerBallers. We now have a 3-way tie in the NL Pacific, and technically BBM leads it.
As for game 7, guess who's back from the Regs? It's MJ the king and he'll take on the UnderTheike. That's _Renegade_ for the ill-informed. Theike drops the 8 well early but MJ's such a nice guy *muffled laughter from the gallery =)* and he gives Theike a re-rack, where MJ shows he can win without an early 8. BBM wins it 5-2
However, this could've easily been 6-1. Kenny had efc beat 6 ways to sunset in game 1, just caught a few unlucky breaks. So now in the NL Pacific, 3-way tie and if ElitePool can top the Outlaws, 4-way tie the first at this point or beyond in the season, as far as I can recall, in MLP History (As far as an NL Division race). Interesting huh?
