A few quick things that I'll pretend to know about
First thing first: Just about everyone who loses a playoff match says they were screwed. Now, I'd wager at best there was 1 time this post-season where the admins were wrong, and that's just giving the players a large benefit of the doubt. You're all like sports fans. Whining because of 1 or a few decisions that cost your team the match. But I would also put a lot on the fact that you were screwed just as badly as 24/7 was in season 2. For those playing the home game, they messed up, broke the rules, then blamed the admins. Disagreeing with the rules happens everywhere. Some people don't like only getting half-price when they mortgage properties in Monopoly, many people don't agree with a goal not counting in college hockey if a player enters the crease, and even more I'm sure disagree with pass interference guidelines in the NFL. It happens, but how many teams have left a league like the NBA, MLB, or NFL, etc. because they had a call go against them that they think is BS? I can't think of too many. Instead, during the offseason, in most cases, changes are made to the rules based on the coach's, manager's, whoever's complaints, as long as they're within reason. This is the first time camtasia was required for the playoffs, and just like instant replay being introduced to college football, you're instantly going to see the ups and downs. Also, being a new addition, the downs will be a lot more visible than the ups. I'll just go ahead and predict the same problems, though a lot less, for next season. By season 6 or 7 though, the camtasia thing should be pretty much under control. But also, let's remember most of the people getting "screwed" as they call it. There are quite a large number of players on those teams that get away with the "so and so doesnt have camtasia" comments after a nice bank/combo. Yet, they want admins to be smarter. Haha, be careful what you wish for.
Anyways, I just had to get that off my fingers. February 3rd or 4th, I should be back online at home. In case I'm not, though...31-14 Pats, and Kenny, JJ, and any other crankees fans out there, I'm not expecting the Sox to even make the playoffs this year, and I'm also taking the Mets to beat the Braves in the NL East, and get to the World Series. And with that, I go off to finish this study hall period and head home, play videogames, pool, watch old Sherlock Holmes movies, and wait for tomorrow when I get to see everyone's exciting input. -_-
