Tuesday Picks

SuperbPool @ DreamPool - Sorry, no more tournament comparisons, March Madness has been raping me in ever pool just about =\ So, let's talk about this for a moment. DreamPool has been struggling insanely in their last 2 matches, a pair of 6-1 sissy-slappings.But, they're also going against a SuperbPool team that...has been struggling all season. T_Rocket, I'm gonna say it every week, he's the key player on this team. And quite frankly the only good player as has been demonstrated every week this season. But also, until they even do a decent job in this, you'll hear their captaining job has been just about as bad as the whole number of players who combined for the 6 wins Rocket doesn't have. Even in the MZ match last week, Rocket played game 5 when SP only had 6 players, and the score by then was 4-0. There's no point in him playing now. They have to realize who their go-to guy is in a situation, and it frankly isn't some 0-2 guy or 1-2, it's the gentleman who is 3-1 right now, and is, like I said, the only guy who has meant anything for SP this season. You can say "oh but what about the 4 who won vs. SS?" Yeah, their only win, and it's StraightShots who have been, and Judge would agree, just as ugly as SP has. DreamPool has the players to pull themselves out of this struggle they're having, and you know who's gonna be big in it? Someone named Super_Mario_64_, because that's how good he is. I'll take DP to win this one 5-2, at least. Don't be surprised to see a 4-0 start either, or see T_Rocket play game 6 at 4-1, or 5 at 4-0, because like I've been saying, they're not bright enough to play him when they need him.

Absolute Finest @ LuckyPool - LKP can win big without Jenn...and with her they're so much better. The only thing unsettling about LuckyPool is their reason for not playing Bearskins any time in the regular season, they can't get a team two nights in a week...If they have a match on a bad night, they can get swamped. AbsoluteFinest have picked up z25 from Regs, who will be a pretty good game 2-4 player in this match if he shows and is eligible. But I'm gonna blow the same horn I have every week: RvDBLADE and Derek have been seemingly unstoppable in those match-changing moments. But there's 2 other big guys that haven't got quite as much mention: Goodbye Sober Dayz, and SmokeKenny whose name isn't Kenny. They're excellent mid-match players, and LuckyPool has to really think about who to take on those big 4, and 5 if z25 does play. LuckyPool can beat AF, but I don't think it'll happen, AF should win 4-3, but this is LuckyPool, watch, another 5-2 result. Just watch =\ AF 5-2.

ElitePool @ UnitedPool - ElitePool has been making a few moves so far this week, taking Scotty from SS/PFN on his final switch, and La Prieta of BlackSilver. Scott as far as I know is the better of the two choices, guy's 4-0 on the season, plays well, usually knows what he's doing, just a good all-around player. But ElitePool's biggest setback: Some of their players are against safeties, or against safetying when you have a shot. You run 6 or 7 balls and miss, if you're against anyone halfway decent, you're toast. UnitedPool...UP has good overall players like GodsAccess, Ketan, Badking, gooner's fairly good, but someone who really had a good game last week, and thank god he didn't have that kind of game against last week's BBM team...Jeez. Banked CKP off the table in UP's loss. I think these two teams are very equal, but I think UnitedPool has more quality players than ElitePool does frankly. Don't be surprised if I'm wrong, but I think Yoonyetid Poolle will win over EleetPoolle 4-3.

BlackSilver @ PoolMasters - ...BS can beat PM. They can reasonably beat most of the teams in the National League. They got their first win last week, but you know what? There's a reason PM are NUMBER ONE in the Big League Tour Standings with only ONE tourney victory. They know how to flat-out play and do it well. The biggest thing PM has had to do in the past few days and I hope they did: Convince bencoggon to continue playing. What happened with this mirkwood hustler business was stupid, and ben needs to understand not everyone does that stuff. BlackSilver especially, and Lisa doesn't let jackoffs on her team. Jumping back and forth here, BS has two players really working especially hard on their team: Crypt and Monkey. They've been both very consistent this season, as has hero 23. Also, Victor may play. Most people remember the blondeh business, if he comes in and plays, he's very capable of winning in the 3-5 slot. PM has Ben who again I do hope plays because he has really good table awareness, Crazy Que, Jimvan, Blue as a good early gamer, I mean these teams are actually quite evenly matched. I think it all comes down to the captains in this one. Who plays and when? I think PoolMasters win that battle, and come out 4-3, but do not be surprised if BlakSilver starts heating up, because they're quite capable of an 8 or 9-win season, but again as much as i wanna see BS come out of nowhere with win after win, I've gotta go with what I think and go 4-3 or 5-2 PoolMasters.
