Just can't go a week without trouble

No this isn't a summary. I'm stopping with those for a little while. Gives me a lot less to say, and good for you guys: I don't bash idiots as much. Trust me, I could've ripped into a half-dozen people tonight from captains to head admins to players. Not good. Just another one of those playoff watches.

Atlantic - Well, ElitePool lost. Not even the booters in WATC could stop SuperbPool from bringing home a win, leaving ElitePool at 3-7. The 3-4 loss does put them over 30 (31 to be exact) in the win/loss column. But LPL stormed back from a 0-2 defecit to beat WildAngels 5-2, Romper clinched it in game 6 with a nice bank from the top to bottom right pocket to get easy position on the 8. LPL now 5-5 as they claw back to .500 on the season, they'll need to wait for thursday to find out if they'll be in a tie or 4th place alone. Either way, they will be 4th as UnitedPool holds a 4-3 win over them, but they also hold a vastly more difficult schedule, still needing to play PoolFiction, Quez, and 8BR. If you asked me now, I think LPL gets into the playoffs, and UnitedPool will need a little help to stay in. Beating HP would be a nice start.

Central - Now, SuperbPool's win puts them at 4-6. That means a game and a half out of 4th in the Division, and CKP doesn't have an easy match as I've been saying. If that 3-way tie at 5-5 comes to be, SuperbPool can come right out of nowhere and throw themselves into 4th plce in the next few weeks. They've been hot lately, and get this. Their following opponents in ABC order: 8BR, BP, HP, UP, WA. For the uneducated...That is one hell of an easy schedule and SPool has picked a damn good time to get hot. Hey Dan, SP gonna make playoffs? This time I say yes :P Angels drop their 7th straight, blowing the 2-0 lead. Unfortunate break for them, but at least I can say this about the match: It was without a lot of trouble. Seems to be a rarity in interleagues don't it?

Mountain - HotShotz lost a troublesome match, falling 4-3 to the Regs, getting beat in 6. So HS is 5-4, starting to drop a little, even LuckyPool can tie them and even pass them should they beat Tourneypool and bearskins this week. With Tyler as their new captain, it's gonna be interesting to see how thing are handled. BlackSilver did pick up a game 7 win in a 3-3 situation, but due to a lying H/A who apparently doesn't care for interleagues, in large part, the match got reversed. lce_princess69 was DQed for not being in BlackSilver during or even directly after her match. I for one found the "whos lara" rather amusing from Shadow later on. So 3-7, not completely dead in the water with HotShotz losing, but it's a really tough blow.

Pacific - Regs, well check the Standings page. Legends with their DQ 4-3 win are now 4-6, a half-game behind BeerBallers for 4th place. Apparently Evil_Walks won't be playing for BBM now, which PL certainly won't mind because he's quite a shooter. PL owns a 4-3 win over the BeerBallers in the Head to Head records, so they basically got a lot goin for em. Break and Run also has a winnable match, ChampionsPool has a tough one with Pool Masters, but we could possibly see 4 teams with 4 wins and CHP has a makeup match with Bearskins soon. Basically things are fixing to seriously heat up in the #4 spot of the NL Pacific. Not playing for seeding like the guys at the top, they're just tryin to play themselves in.

5 matches Wednesday night...That's really gonna shake up some standings, and could really dictate strategies for Thursday night. Have fun :)
