Spotlight Matches
Monday: MadSkillz @ LPL - This one was sorta tough. I mean, UP and 8BR, or MZ and LPL? But, in the end. It naturally had to be MZ and LPL. Winner here gets 2nd in the Division. Outlaws have the Division practically locked up, no race, but hey...MadSkillz have not been up to their potential, LPL really wants to get away from UnitedPool, we may have a possible 3-way tie for SECOND, at 6-5. Wouldn't that be fun?
Tuesday: ElitePool @ Pool Outlaws - Well, first team to clinch a Playoff spot. Pool Outlaws could easily be that with an 8BR loss, or if they simply win over ElitePool. Look at their captain, look at the fact it's not in We Are The Champions, PO wins this one.
Wednesday: Quez @ PoolFiction - Another good one. Why? It's the battle for #1 in the Central. PoolFiction has been slipping for the past 4 weeks or so. They won a couple they could've lost easily, and lost a couple they should've won on any other day. So now, they've gotta take on a Quez team that has won 7 straight. Oh, and Kevin's no stranger to PoolFiction. He's only met them in the past 2 World Series. Mick is NOT happy with the -2 streak PFN has. This one could really be a war.
Thursday: ChampionsPool @ Pool Legends - The new kids getting some more attention. ChampionsPool has been on a -6 spiral yet they are STILL only a half-game out of 4th place because they have to make up a match with Bearskins. They are still very much alive, and with the toughest part of their schedule out of the way, could we see ChampionsPool overcome this -6 and sneak in? Or will Pool Legends get through despite a 1-5 start thanks to PoolPals? This will be one good match I think.
Saturday: BritPool @ StraightShots - Well, 'Shots have to win out, BritPool would find it nice just to get a lead without blowing it. ...Now SS only has PoolFiction, Pool Outlaws, and Quez to play in their final 5 weeks. Not a tall order is it? *looks around* OK, so anyways. This one may be just for stats but don't tell the SS team that, their season isn't over until Week 15.
