Tuesday n Wednesday

I didn't watch hardly any of Tuesday night because the Celtics played :\ ...Yeah I bet Mick feels confident in me tonight against UnitedPool cuz the Celts play again lol. Anyways, 2 nights, 1 post, and if ya don't like it...Go play in PH they're all idiots anyways =D Right...Post, coming up.

Atlantic - Well, Tuesday night ElitePool took on Wild Angels...Well, they played 7 games with the Angels but my goodness, WA all of a sudden woke up and just unleashed on them. A 1-6 loss for ElitePool sets them back to 3-9, 2 and a half out of 4th place held by UnitedPool. The loss ties EP with StraightShots for the win/loss totals, a tie that SS wants to break Saturday night. LPL got rid of XPool for the night beating the Central 4th place 4-3. With this LPL has advanced to 7-5, and it's almost a joke why they hold the Head to Head over MadSkillz, that big timer win recently, 70 minute timers...Yeah that'll happen. 8-l Wednesday night those very same MadSkillz met CueKeepers, neither team sure locks by any stretch to reach the Playoffs but king_hustler's there so that pretty much means we got a winner. 6-1 the result here, CKP just had 0 answer for anything MadSkillz put up, and MZ goes to 7-5 along-side LPL, not much to talk about PO already clinched that top spot.

Central - Wild Angels' 6-1 win marks their first win that wasn't a 4-3 affair. WA has gone to 3-9 as well, not eliminated yet, a HappyPool win would do that. Talking with judy a little bit she said they just need time to adjust to interleagues because they're new. So think of them a bit as like the Devil Rays because she was right. This is a team that maybe not next season, but Season 7 if they stick around could really make some noise come Playoff time. The fact that Judy, who has been around MLP since about Season 3 I believe, is managing the team really has to help a lot with guiding them, because of her experience. So again, maybe season 6, but I'd certainly say in a couple seasons these folks could finish with a winning record by a few games. XPool's loss sets them back to an even 6-6, they're a half-game behind HappyPool who they hold Head to Head over, but guess what else that loss does? It clinches a Playoff spot for Quez. So now Quez have to just hold of PoolFiction while at the same time looking up at Pool Outlaws hoping they slip. But then again...It's likely the #8 seed will be either 8BR or UnitedPool...Show of hands who actually wants to see either team round 1? I wouldn't and especially not 8BR. CueKeepers 5-7 with that demoralizing loss to MZ, 1.5 back from HappyPool, so now CueKeepers cheering for that old Aussie JudgeRules to come through for SS again, and beat HappyPool on Saturday. If CKP drops to 2 back that would practically kill their season.

Mountain - BlackSilver tried to save their season Tuesday but the Regul8ors pretty much became the executioners, and oh did BS get executed. Another 1-6 result from this week, this one BS got the losing end of, they just never got back to winning this season like they did in Season 4. Now they're still 3.5 back if TourneyPool can beat the HotShotz...So yep, 3.5 back from 4th. Not eliminated yet as thirstierhawk knocked down HotShotz's big ace, Glenno in the deciding game 7. With that HotShotz sits at 6-5, they play Bearskins next week for their make-up match. HS by the way would be 6-6 being that they lost to the EZ8 team that BE's replacing. Pool Hustlers sitting around still annoying Absolute Finest. PH narrowly stole a win from BNR last night, a poor decision and a scratch ensured Brandon would not pick up his 2nd loss of the season, and then Cory after missing an easy shot for a player like him, brown_skinnedgirl could not capitalize in the 3-3 game 7. PH gets out with the 4-3, their 8th straight victory, 9-3 on the season and only a game behind Absolute Finest for the Mountain lead. LuckyPool looking to catch up with HS as they met BeerBallers last night. The match featured a no-show ump, a 20-minute delay, and most of it was after the whole situation was setlled. Both sides wahh wahh boo hoo "oh they're mad cuz they a default win" shut up idiot -_- you just gave me an idea for an MLP Poll. LKP won it 5-2, they're 6-6 just a half-game behind HotShotz. Oh by the way HotShotz does hold the Head to head with LuckyPool.

Pacific - Boys and girls of every age, wouldn't you like to see something strange? Come with us and you will see...Pac. Division MLP...Ah for about 5-6 teams this really is The Nightmare Before Playoffs, I had to download that song just to get the words right. Did I do a good job? :D The Regul8ors have clinched a Playoff spot alongside PoolFighters, Regs didn't need to murder BlackSilver 6-1 for that but they did it anyways, their sights are now set on the Division title and then Conference title. If the Regs beat...Breakers Alley, and Pool Masters set down PoolFighters, the Regs will clinch the Pacific. CHP and Bearskins played their makeup match Tuesday, CHP up 3-2 but they ran out of players. lvlr_computer had a couple signing up but they couldn't figure it out apparently, and Bearskins, moreso than PH did to BNR, steal one big-time. BE now 3-7, CHP 4-7, Bearskins can still get in and actually they're only a couple wins short of catching BBM. TourneyPool's close win puts them up to 7-5, I messed up their rec. on Playoff Picture lol, but they are 7-5, and they're looking like a middle-low seed right now. All the pressure is on the top of each Division because if Tp should be a #7 seed, or even a 6 seed, that's a very possible upset just waiting to happen. BNR 4-8, and they just keep falling further back out of contention, but they're still only a game back from the Pool Legends, who at 5-7 are technically leading the Pacific. All that because of the 4-3 win PL holds over the BeerBallers.

So if you can read all that, good job I just through it all together rather carelessly. Y'know, Season 3 is the only time a replacement league has not made the Playoffs. Season 1 Unstoppable came in and dominated, Season 2 the Outlaws replace 8BallRunners (I think?) and would've won the Pacific had the result between them and CKP counted against the Keepers, and you know my stand on how PO's season ended there, Season 3 EZ8Pool replaced Pool Is Fun, but finished 6-6 and never got to make up their 13th game, not that it actually mattered. Then of course Season 4, who can forget MadSkillz coming in for reigning Atlantic Champs 8Ball Elite and taking the #6 seed in the Playoffs over LPL thanks to Head to Head.LPL won 5 straight to finish out the season and MZ actually lost week 13, but it didn't matter. So really you gotta be feeling pretty good if you're Pool Legends, Bearskins still alive also, we still got a month to play though! Oh by the way, great time to be wearing pin-stripes ain't it? And uh...Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone, isn't that when they illegally shipped Helmann's to Mexico or something?
