With 1/7 of the season gone, some leagues start to feel the pressure of being 0-2, 1-1 with a poor record, but there are still leagues that remain 2-0.

Two of them play the early match on Tuesday night. Pool Fiction and Tourney Pool will meet up in a rematch of PRO's Atlantic Conference Semi-Final. In a 5v5 carry format, xlx_ogges_xlx (now oggasm) carried Pool Fiction almost single-handedly, winning 3 games including the 9th on a DQ, to lift PFN over TP in that season's opener. In the Playoffs, Pool Fiction ended up sweeping Tourney Pool 5-0, nullifying the carry format entirely.

I think with these leagues at absolute best, Pool Fiction has the edge. Tuesday's 6PM start time really benefits Pool Fiction, with players across the pond such as Jamie, Stu, and Ogges. Tourney Pool is gonna need their big guys, like Trey, Luis, and Emmitt can also be a factor, as he played a brilliant first game in that aforementioned Playoff match.

Both leagues sit at 2-0, both leagues have won 9 games in those 2 wins, and both leagues have had controversial matchups, to say the least. This will be a good match for both sides win or lose, because you can't expect too much animosity at all. As for a pick, I'm taking Pool Fiction to squeak one out, 4-3, not necessarily going all 7 but you can certainly expect it to.
