Break And Run wins with the benefit of a pair of early 8s, while Pool Dragonz and High-Timez are yet to do anything at all in MLP.

BNR's season usually begins with a couple losses and ends with a record under .500 and questions about when they'll actually compete. Now they're off to their best start ever at 3-0 after blasting Pool Loverz in Tuesday night's Cross-Conference matchup, 5-2. redhot_2oo3 got his team started the same way he did in the first two weeks - with a win. He survived a desperation bang attempt from PZ's giddyup.again when he left the cueball touching his solid 5-ball. David would run all the way out for the win.

After leizerr tied the match up for PZ, BNR went on a 3-0 run with a narrow win from championship.trump, and then early 8ball victories for wubuddah and bnr_teacher which clinched it. Teacher's win came against spincue, who previously pondered: "may'be somebody will beat me in a match someday."

BNR also got a win from ll_eskimo_ownage_ll, while co-captain runmatic fell to shootalready69.

Doesn't appear to get any easier for either league - BNR's perfect record will be tested next week against True Pool Legends, while Pool Loverz gets a still-winless Pool Fiction team which looks to correct that tonight. PZ's record sits at 1-2.

Among the two 8:00 starts, Xtreme 8 Ball put on the more impressive performance. Defending their perfect record, X8B unsurprisingly demolished the winless Pool Dragonz 6-1. Pool Dragonz had some fortunate breaks in the first four games which allowed them to hang around in some games, but didn't allow for any wins in the opening four games.

xlo_stephen_olx, king.ronnie, l2eal.0wnage after surviving one such break from his opponent, and dan.buddy all won their games, with Dan picking up the clincher. Dan is now 2-1 on the season in clinching attempts, but converted his last two against High-Timez last week and last night against PDZ.

Next week, the Dragonz will host Sexy Poolerz while X8B could be looking at a battle between undefeated leagues if Pool Legends win tonight over Pool Fiction.

In the last match to finish last night, Cue Killers erased a 3-1 deficit to High-Timez to hold the MLP newcomers winless on the season and win 4-3. Game seven was decided in old-school fashion, with Captains CK_Blazin357 and HT_Chris094 going head to head.

x_x_lvlaster_lvlind_l3ehind_x_x won a reracked game with BooMann after being disconnected and forfeited via Yahoo! glitch. BooMann had the option to take the win, but opted for the replay on the condition that he would have the break back. Then, fission_babe picked up another Save to set up her Captain's heroic W in the finale.

High Timez is staring down an 0-4 record next week as they face perennial powerhouse Tourney Pool next week. The 2-1 Cue Killers will lead off next week against Lucky Shots.

Tonight, two games on the docket. A sure classic as TPL and TP go head-to-head in a rematch of last season's exciting World Series, and winless Pool Fiction hosts undefeated Pool Legends.
